Hp has gotten so ridiculous on ink cartridge prices that I felt I needed to try something else. After a good bit of research I decided to try Smart Ink and I am glad I did. The cartridges fit just fine and work great and the print quality is just fine and costs about 70% less than HP original cartridges. It came with the 3 colored ones and two blacks. My 8610 recognized that they were not “Genuine HP Cartridges” and I just hit OK on the screen and I was printing just fine. No more HP cartridges for me, I will get Smart Ink from now on and get 4-5 times the ink for the same money as I would have spent on one set of HP ink cartridges!!

It Works okay some smearing on paper, possibly the paper type .

Used all colors and black and they worked great. I had a problem with the yellow ink cartridge that I bought almost a year ago. Customer service was very easy to reach and they sent me a full replacement.

Had an issue with my original order of smart ink cartridges after about a year. They caused a printer error, after reviewing my purchase documents I noticed they had a 2yr warranty. I reached out to the company using their chat feature and they sent a complete replacement set that came the next day! Very pleasantly surprised by how well they took care of me. I would purchase from them again. Awesome customer service, thank you for keeping my old HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer like new.

Definitely a worthy replacement of original cartridges and a considerable difference in price. These cartridges are the right size. I printed two pictures using HP and these cartridges (signed them before printing to compare the quality) and both pictures are colorful and have excellent quality. I can't even find the difference. And almost forgot, on the pictures you can see slight lines - but that's a problem with the print head, not the cartridges.

We don't print very often. Because of that we don't really want to spend $100+ on OEM print cartridges when they need to be replaced. I've always used HP print cartridges and up until recently, was able to get them at a reasonable cost. Never had to clean the print heads with the OEM cartridges. I installed this product and the print quality (black/white and color) is just fine. We don't print photos on our printer. After not printing for a week or two my wife complained that the printer wasn't printing very well. I took a look at it and sure enough it had horrible print quality. I was able to restore the print quality by going through the entire print head cleaning process which for my printer is basically printing 3 pieces of paper.

Have been using these inks for a while on my HP Office Jet Printer. (950XL and 951 cartridges.) They worked fine and saved a lot of money over the HP “authentic” cartridges which are outrageously expensive. I had just replaced the 950XL black cartridge when an error message came up…..”one or more cartridges need replacement”. I suspected that HP had blocked the non HP cartridges from working which they can do so called “Smart Ink” customer service to see if they could help. I was immediately sent a whole new set of inks in case one of theirs was faulty ( which it wasn’t). I discovered that the problem was not the new black cartridge which I had just replaced and suspected that was the problem…….but one of the coloured cartridges had run out of ink as well. The inks arrived in two days and by replacing the empty one my printer was back up and running. So even though there was nothing wrong with the inks or the printer customer service immediately tried to help by sending out a whole new set of Black and all three colors. While waiting for the “Smart Inks” to arrive decided I better buy some “authentic” HP inks but the cost would have been over $300. It was cheaper to buy a new printer for $200 which I did just in case. The new inks arrived, I replaced the empty cartridge and my printer was up and running again. So I can take back the new printer (never opened the box) and will continue to use “Smart Inks” in my HP printer till it dies. I highly recommend these inks if you want to save money and their customer service was excellent and saved me a lot of stress.

HP peut en prendre de la graine... -Le prix est imbattable, environ 4X moins cher ! oui oui HP vends 4 cartouches 102€ ! et le résultat est le même... Ils nous mettent dans la tête que si on achète un produit HP on ne peut prendre que les consommables HP .... j'y croyais, mais c'est fini les mensonges ! ! N'ayez pas peur et lancez vous! Compré este set de cartuchos para mi impresora y el cartucho cian daba error: la luz del cartucho parpadeaba constantemente. Contacté con el vendedor y me enviaron rápidamente un nuevo set completo con entrega urgente, sin pedirme la devolución del anterior. Muy buen servicio postventa.
