These are a great mix items for different strengths. We leave them around the house to use whilst watching TV. Helping with joint pain and hopefully I will be strong enough to open all the jam and pickle jars soon.

I bought these after a broken wrist left my fingers and grip very weak. The fact that they are graded means you can work your way through the colours as the strength returns. The egg and the ring were easy and comfortable to use. I found the finger stretchers very difficult even on the easiest colour. Very useful as recovery aid but also good to maintain strength as one gets older.

After doing a lot of damage to my wrist and arm through a fall, I was recommended to purchase this set. I used the different pieces diligently as I wanted full use of my fingers, hand, wrist and arm back again. It was painful at times but I was very determined.

The contents of the box are show in the picture above and in the advertisement on amazon. I bought this to supplement a physiotherapy program for partial paralysis in my hand. One very good feature is that all the exercise devices come in graded levels of difficulty or resistance which I would describe as very easy - moderately resistant - somewhat more resistant. These can be good for people like me who are in recovery from hand damage/weakness, or quite elderly, or young children. I find the egg-shaped squeeze balls and the compression rings useful. The stretching "webs" (also graded) I find less useful as such, and an adult with thick fingers will probably not be able to fit them on. If the various exercise devices fit your particular needs, this set could be graded higher; but if you are a strong, health adult, you'll probably not find it to be of much use. All the stuff can be stored neatly in the box it come in.

Excellent range of exercise aids for arthritic fingers. These were actually recommended by the physiotherapist from our local GP surgery.

Bought as a gift & the person who it was for was really happy with it along with his flatmates who also use them

Value for money however some of of the trainers are very stong and very difficult/impossible when recovering from injury
