Works for me on the first week. No urgency to go to pee and sleep better at night.

I’m a health professional with graduate degrees in Exercise Science & Wellness. At 67 I’ve started noticing an increase in symptoms of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (enlargement). Chiefly reduced urination flow, increased frequency and having to get up 3 x night to pee. After 48 hours of taking this product (2 pills twice a day) my flow has improved about 30%, I only get up once a night and frequency has slightly reduced. “Natural” remedies, like these, tend to be less potent than drugs both in positive and negative effects. There are quite a few published studies of reasonable quality that support the ingredients. I’m trained to read research critically. Studies don’t usually go on for years, just months, but these ingredients seem pretty safe, especially compared to commonly used drugs which do work, but with common undesirable side effects. Note: the research indicates the dose of these ingredients should be 4 pills a day, so 120 per bottle lasts only a month, which can add up to a lot of expense. It usually takes less to maintain an effect than to attain, so after two months I plan to try weaning down to 2 a day. This is also wise since we don’t know the long term effects and safety. Also, I’d been using the Double Voiding technique to get more complete bladder emptying. You can read up on this. Now when I try the second urination, a few minutes later, no urination happens. This is objective data that I’m getting more complete bladder emptying since starting this remedy.

Just as described, but, not as easy to swallow as others. Great ingredients, perfect for what I wanted.

I actually bought this bottle over 5 years ago. then the last few years my prostate has been bugging me. Frequent urination at night too. Been ignoring it for as long as I could. Ended up ordering the clinical strength one from Now foods. Well after ordering it I realized I might actually have this old bottle somewhere. Found it. Took 2 caps at night. SAME NIGHT I felt a 30% reduction in night peeing and much less that irritation feeling in the prostate. Incredible the capsules where still active. Been taking just 2 caps at night and I went from peeing 4-5 times at night to 1-2. in just 5-6 days time. Im on testosterone base powder in DMSO. Taking drops on scrotum upon awakening to mimic circadian biology. Im not taking this herbal formula in the mornings to allow the DHT to be created. But its so effective I realized if I take it JUST before bed, its still active in the morning when I apply the T. So now im taking it around 5-6pm to make sure its out of my system in the morning. The clinical strength bottle from Now foods im worried might be too strong for my situation. Ill try take just 1 cap of this one. 1 cap of the other one. at 5pm. daily. should be enough to calm the prostate. Not to mention maybe even keeping my hair haha.

In my case, I was having to pee every half hour. At the suggestion of Casey Runte, after taking this for about 2 months, the urges vanished suddenly and I haven't had to take it since.

I cannot believe how well this product is working so quickly. In two weeks I urinate better and do not lose sleep walking to the bathroom. Remember the pygeum is extract, not bark, and so is a standard amount (there is such a thing as too much pygeum). The pumpkin seed oil that works so well in tandem with pygeum is a very generous amount and so healthy. The Saw palmetto is a nice bonus. I have had enlarged prostate constructing my urethra slowing urination beginning and flow more and more until worried, and went at night repeatedly. This morning I didn't go until shortly before rise, and my flow is already, maybe doubled. No extra trip to specialists nor catheters for this guy. Now has always delivered since I was a teen, now I'm 50 and they still do. - Jeff

Sorry, but this is not going to be all that good of a review. I could only use this "NOW Foods Pygeum and Saw Palmetto + Pumpkin Seed Oil, 120 Softgels" for about a week. I had some kind of reaction to it (I broke out in an itchy rash) and had to stop taking it. During the time I was using it, I didn't really notice any difference in my symptoms. But, because I couldn't properly test the product, I'm rating it at a Neutral 3 stars out of 5.

I have purchased it earlier from international store. It was bigger bottle with same amount of softgels and same weight. The bottle have received is very small with different packing quality. So I m in doubt if this is duplicate.

飲み始めた夜あたりの排尿から、今まであったモヤっとした感じが少なくなっていた。 経過観察中です。 ただ、自分だけかもしれませんが眠くなるのが早くなった気がします。

I'm really not sure what benefit this has done for me.
