great quality with good suction
excellent quality imo. we have other versions of these ( not from this company ) and didn't realize how much they sucked until these came in. i bought these for my mother, and she's more than happy with the product! very much worth the price with how much comes with it and how great they work!

Easy to use, secure suction to loosen tissue
It assists in loosening the tissue in my hands as I work with my hands all day. It is very simple to use. All you do is push down and pull the tab up and it creates a pretty secure connection. Instructions are in chinese but it shows a bunch of patterns you can try.

Good product but better w/ oil
Use a form of oil for your bodywhile using the cups. Besides that, the cups are very helpful!

Box and user information is not in English & doesn’t hold suction well
If I wasn’t taught how to use these by my physical therapist I would not have been able to use. The language, user guide, and all the information came written in Chinese with no English language anywhere. The places I use them in therapy this brand won’t hold suction very well so I can’t do treatments at home.
