Dorot Crushed Garlic, 2.8 oz (frozen)

Next best thing than fresh! I usually get unpeeled for ease, but sometimes I want minced garlic and jar garlic is horrible. These were fresh, tasty, easy to use, and the next best thing if you don't need bigger chunks in a recipe. Will buy constantly from now on.

The taste is simply amazing and well worth the price for me. To remove the garlic, simply peel the top layer (where the brand name is) off like a page, then you'll see a foil blister pack. Push the frozen garlic through, one at a time to use. KEEP FROZEN until use! Taste is much closer to roasted garlic than that junk that comes in a glass jar. This tastes genuine. Since I dislike peeling, removing the skin and dicing garlic (personally), these make my life so much easier. The convenience is well worth the price. This is a new discovery for me. I wish I'd known about this product, but now that I do, I will never be without it!

The best garlic. Easy to use. Fresh then frozen, taste is excellent. The bottle crushed garlic has citric acid and oil which gives me severe heartburn. Once I discovered Dorot, I never bought jarred garlic again!

I wasn't sure about this , but needed lots of minced garlic once and thought I would try it and wow I am so happy I did since my garlic use is sporadic and it is not always easy to keep it on hand and the fresh cloves seem to loose something after they have been frozen and the jarred garlic is wasteful if you don't use it frequently. This however has a great flavor and is so easy to use a small amount as needed. It took a few times to get the hang of popping them out while frozen but it is really easy. Just peel back the top layer part way and make a long slit along one of the cells and push it out from the back right into what you want. lower the top piece and pop bac in the freezer.

I ordered this because I needed to spend $2 or $3 more dollars to get overnight delivery. I didn’t really expect much, but found it so flavorful and easy to use that I’m going to always keep it my freezer!

Amazing garlic 🧄 it lasted 2 weeks because I use it a lot but if you don’t use it often will last more. This was so convenient to have it frozen ready for my meals, because it takes quite some time to peel the skin off and with this ones your saving time ☺️

The concept is great but the packaging isn’t ideal. I think due to the freezer the plastic that is supposed to peel off does not peel off and I have to cut the cubes of garlic out

So convenient for adding garlic to cooking. Love these for convenience. They're expensive but great for faster cooking. Garlic is healthy & supposedly helps leach toxins out of the body since most of our foods contains some type of toxins (I know!!) When I don't have time or patience for dealing with regular garlic, I just pop a few of these into the pan.
