Came in a very small box, but as the directions say, you have to give it time to expand. It's well made, comfortable, and a nice size for resting my feet on.

Height is perfect for my chair. Great value for money. My feet feel cozy propped on the pouf. I wouldn’t say it’s sturdy as in stiff, but has cush to it.

I got the 21"x 14" in green. I love the color, look, and the feel of the ottoman. It makes a great cradle for your feet and it seems very well made. However, even given the proper time to expand, the corners only measure 12" high, not 14" as advertised. And the middle of the top is even shorter than that. This would be perfect if it was several inches higher. It's just not the height that we prefer in an ottoman. We considered exchanging for the 26"x18" one, but we have a small space and it would take up too much room. Even the smaller one bulges out on the sides and ends up taking up much more than 21x21.

I like the size, color, and height. It's also very soft. I bought this to help my dogs get on and off the sofa without injury and it's perfect for them. It's about half the height of my sofa, so it's a perfect step down. They also find it comfy to sleep on. I'm considering buying a second one.

Great foot rest for my papasan couch. When it arrived (on time), it was compressed but came to actual size in about an hour. Soft courdaroy material, perfect height, very sturdy, easy to move around, money well spent. I will enjoy it for some time to come. Comes in great for kids to sit and roll around on. I'm very happy with my purchase.

When this product arrived, I unpacked it and allowed it the full 48 hours to inflate or 'rebound' as directed. It is soft and lightweight but not firm or supportive. As for the multi-use description - I'm not sure what else it could be used for besides a foot rest or maybe a dog bed. I can't actually sit on it because it flattens a lot under my weight (I'm 145 lbs). Even for just resting my feet on it, it sags a lot! The height was extremely important to me so it would match the chair I bought it for, but unfortunately, it's several inches shorter than advertised. I also agree with other reviewers who said their dogs love it - mine does too. But for $60, that makes it a very expensive dog bed. According to the seller's info, they invite customers to contact them with questions or concerns. I did reach out several days ago about the incorrect height and asked if maybe I received a defective item, but I haven't received any response. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. Between the misleading measurements and description, lack of support, and no follow-up from customer service, I feel a bit swindled - and that's why I'm leaving one star.

Very lumpy. After one week it was still very lopsided. Shorter than expected too.

This product does not come with zippers to take the filling out like it says it does in the description of the item. I specifically wanted one with zippers to make washing easier, now that I need to wash it I am realizing there is no zipper and it WILL NOT fit in a normal washing machine. This is super frustrating and disappointing to find out months after purchasing and now I cannot return it or get my money back. This item is not cheap either! Fix your description!!!!

Disappointing, wasn’t as tall as it was supposed to be, was lumpy and had a stain on it. Will be returning.
