Sweet but not too sweet
This product is perfect for my glucose stability mission. I was missing that little bit of sugar in my coffee and this substitutes perfectly. I've also used in some homemade bread recipes and can replace stevia with it in my cocoa, coconut oil glycemic index friendly treats. It hasn't bothered my stomach, though I haven't used large quantities in any sitting. It tastes and feels like white refined sugar and doesn't have an aftertaste like stevia. It's price point is very reasonable, especially if you use it as a coffee sweetener or in small quantities. I haven't tried baking anything like cake or cookies, we're the expense might seem a little high due to the amount you would need to use to make a batch. 5lbs should last me several months.

Acceptable sugar substitute
Excellent product. Please note, it does not taste like sugar, so if that is what you are looking for you will have to buy a bag of sugar. For my diabetic comrades, I find the taste acceptable in coffee and tea among other things. Once you set your taste buds expectations it is easy to appreciate it. I did not detect an after-taste as I have with other non-sugar sweeteners. Also it does not cause blood sugar spikes. It actually seems to lower my blood sugars overall, not in a dramatic way, but perceptible. My daughter used it to make cranberry sauce and it was very good. Be mindful when using, because excessive amounts can cause bloating and upset stomach.

Very good sweetener with a glycemic index of zero
Perfect sweetener for those who aren't using sugar. You really get a break on the price when buying this size package. I've used this for everything - from baking to making hot fudge sauce and caramel sauce. It's just as versatile as sugar and doesn't have that aftertaste that other non-sugar sweeteners have. Allulose is made from vegetables and it has a glycemic index of zero, which means it won't raise your blood sugar levels. I find this to be a far superior sweetener from other products, such as erythritol. It isn't as sweet as sugar, so it isn't quite a 1 to 1 substitution if you are going for a very sweet taste.

Great Sugar Substitute
I’ve been happy with this after trying many other low carb sweeteners. No aftertaste, not over-sweet, and works well in most recipes. I like the granulated form best for baking.

Probably the best sweetner
While most sweetner isn’t ideal, this has no funky taste and acts like sugar. I use it for muffins and other baked goods, you have to use more of it. Maybe 1.5 cups instead of 1 cup of sugar. It’s expensive, I can’t use it for everything.

A great sugar substitute
I ordered this item specifically for baking, in particular, as a substitute for sugar in pumpkin pies. I'm known for my Thanksgiving pumpkin pies. I baked my usual 5 pies for friends. As they're expected every Thanksgiving, I made sure to ask everyone if they had any issues with allulose. No one did, so I used this instead of sugar. To a one, everyone (as usual) loved the pies. No one said they tasted any different from the pies I made using sugar. There is one thing with allulose that needs mention. It's not as sweet as regular sugar, so to compensate, you should follow the guidelines you can find online. I consistently think dessert recipes call for too much sugar, making things overly sweet. If you feel the same way, my suggestion is to use a 1 to 1 allulose to sugar ratio. If you like really sweet desserts, then again, go with the suggestions you'll find online. I'll be using this sweetener for my Christmas cookies. But as I mentioned, I'll ask beforehand if any of the recipients have any issues with allulose. SEASONAL ADDENDUM - I used this for all my Christmas cookies. They came out beautifully and were their usual hit.

Great Product, poor quality control, broken seal
Great product, great price. However, needing more quality control, as seal is breaking during shipping from Amazon warehouse. Returned one, no problem. Ordered second, also came with popped seal, but only lost about 2 tbsp, vs half the nag imside the shipping envelope.
