This Icy Hot roll on pain relieving gel works well! The strength could be a little stronger but the size and ease of use are unbeatable. The gel lasts for a while but not as long as I was expecting. I had absolutely no skin irritation or side effects. I didn’t notice any better sleep quality during use but the cooling effect was worth it!

I have bursitis in my hips. I've had injections from a pain spen; I got less relief from them than from Icy Hot lidocaine ointment. The roll on is so convenient and I don't get it on my hands!

Strong medicine for pain.

Does not work! I think 2 sent to me were defective as it did not get cold or hot when applied. Tried to return but 3rd party vendor refuses to accept return or return money charged to my credit card. Best to buy locally.
