Seems great after initial setup and testing. Couldn't be happier so far and hopefully it will continue to impress. Build quality is excellent.

Im pretty tech savvy and found it a bit fiddly to setup with the hub and a separate chime but we got their in the end. Once setup works really well with reasonable wifi range and far better than the subscription based competition ! So far very impressed they just need to polish/improve setup instructions to get a 5 star

Terrible customer service on both attempts. Problems connecting with Hub, problems maintaining WIFI connection with doorbell when Eufy 2k Doorbell had no issues at all. Problems having to reconnect camera every few days because it was no longer notifying me of callers. Couldn't enable rich text notifications (you have to sign up to a free cloud service) because the hub doesn't support it? point of the hub? cloudless for gods sake! I really am at my wits end with them. Now the can't sign up for rich text because apparently a different email was used (no it wasn't!) - shocking horrible experience. On the advice of Gemini i am going to try the WIRED version but it will go straight back if any of this !"$!$% continues!

Excellent, many settings to play with. Only thing to add would be the ability to record the couple of seconds before the doorbell is triggered by pir.

Purchased this having used a EUFY battery doorbell before. I use this via Home Assistant and think it works so much better. The battery life might be a little shorter but everything else is better. Very pleased

If you are looking for it to integrate with home assistant it works perfect. You do need the home base. Picture quality is great. Quality is good. Great field of view. If you want to tweak everything it can be done. 2 way talk works great. Bad: comparing from my Eufy duel cam doorbell. Detection seems to be a bit hit and miss App is a bit odd viewing events. It appears backwards to me. No picture notifications unless you pay for it. Battery life seems short. If wired this would not be an issue. But a great start just not for me.

Doorbell itself is very good quality and picture quality is great. Unfortunately, the connection between the doorbell and home hub kept failing. The doorbell would randomly go offline and cease to work until manually reset. I have reset the doorbell more than 10 toimes in less than 4 months ownership. For that reason I can not recommend in conjunction with the home hub. Operating the doorbell directly on my WiFi router appears to have better stability but functionality is not as good nor maintaining a local connection with storage provided by the home hub.

Temperamental setup. It took 6 goes of install/reinstall to get the doorbell to recognize the network. Mounting bracket easy enough to mount to wall but the frame of the button mount is very flimsy and not as secure as Ring devices, the bell push is just push fit. The app is straightforward to make adjustments. Now, only time will tell if it is reliable. Update: the app and software decide to disconnect at random, I would not recommend this product.

Na aankoop van een nieuwe videodeurbel met hub functioneerde bijna alles maar niet de detectie. Na overleg met de service afdeling die ons uitstekend heeft geholpen de videodeurbel terug gestuurd en een nieuwe ontvangen. Uitstekende service.

Wie von der Firma Reolink nicht anders zu erwarten, Top Teil. Macht was es soll, sieht gut aus, und die Einbindung war spielend einfach.

Mooie deurbel met mooi beeld echt een aanrader en alles makkelijk in te stellen met de hub had ook nog 3 wifi cams van dit merk alles was makkelijk te intaleren en verbinden

Werkt prima, makkelijk te installeren, werkt ook op deurbel voeding. Van de app had ik echter net iets meer verwacht. Als er iemand aanbelt krijg ik een notificatie, en daarvandaan kan ik de oproep aannemen. Ik had liever gehad dat het als oproep binnen kwam, waarbij de ringtoon langer actief bleef. In een dialer scherm hoef je maar een handeling te doen om de oproep aan te nemen. Bij notificaties moet je meerdere handelingen verrichten. Dat kan er voor zorgen dat pakket bezorgers alweer weg zijn. De quick replies werken ook niet. Ik kan ze niet zelfstandig instellen. Ik krijg iedere keer dezelfde foutmelding, wat ik ook probeer. Ik heb deze gekocht om deze later te integreren in Home Assistant. Maar zover ben ik nog niet gekomen.
