Great pizza oven once you get used to it.
Good product. I would ignore the cooking instructions as it will burn your pizza to a crisp! I get the pizza bed up to 350c and check using a thermo gun. This seems to be the ideal temp. I use lump wood charcoal to bring up to temp and then small pieces of kindling to create a flame for each pizza I cook. Takes 60-90 seconds to cook a pizza. I've also made Naan bread and greek flatbread, al turn out great.
