Does the job
11/9 this is an update from my last review.I got in touch with Amazon customer service who put me in touch with the seller. The experience was really good and the seller sent me a new Walking pad. Was very happy with the seller and how they handled the issue. 11/4 it's been a few weeks since I ordered this and everything was working fine. The last few times I tried to use it, it's on but does not start. I have the remote pointed to the counsel, I press the buttons to increase speed nothing happens. I have to turn it off again unplug it plug it back in for it to get going Tried customer service and I'm sick and tired of these AI responses and then someone from Amazon who has no idea how the item functions. Not sure who to contact or if anyone else had this issue. I just received this last week. I bought it because I wanted to be able to walk at night when i'm at home and not have to go to the gym. It's a really good machine, not to heavy and easy to assemble. It does take some getting used too. especially if you walk on a regular treadmill since it's not as wide. The other thing without the rails it also takes a some getting used too. I know for myself. I would many times hold on to the rails where there's no rails here. So of course , it's going to make me work harder, without leaning on rails, but that's is good.. The speed is great and I think it's faster on lower mph then my gyms, but not an issue. The only thing I found different was the distance. I used my walkriod which is what I use waling outside, the walking pad seems to be off by .25 less not sure if anyone else has notice the same. Electric cord could be longer, had to use an extension cord based and where I had to place it. All in all, for the price it's great and I am pleased with what I wanted it for.

Great walking pad
I've been using this walking pad for a couple of months now, mainly for casual walking throughout the day. It’s been a great addition to my routine, especially since I wanted something low-impact that I could ease into. One of the things I really appreciate is that it goes slow enough for people who aren’t used to treadmills. It didn’t feel intimidating at all, and I was able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly. The speed range is perfect for light walking, whether you're getting in steps during work or just moving a bit more during the day. So far, it’s been reliable, quiet, and easy to use. If you're looking for a walking pad to help you stay active without needing a full gym setup, this one is a solid choice.

Great walking pad for the price.
This walking pad is great, compact and easy to use. You can lean it up to store as well. Only issue I have had was getting belt lined back up, it took me a little while because the instructions are a bit confusing. I got it right where I needed it and I’ve been going ever since. Great product for a great price!

Probably not best for tall people
I recently purchased this new walking pad after my old one literally started smoking—so it was definitely time for an upgrade! What I really like about this one is that the beeping is much quieter, and it has two incline levels. The walking pad itself isn’t loud at all while in use, which is great. I walk 3 miles every day on it and so far, I haven’t had any issues. One feature I really appreciate is that if you pause your walk and then resume, it picks up right where you left off. I know some other walking pads reset completely, so this is a nice bonus. The only downsides: the power cord is super short, so you’ll probably need an extension cord (not a big deal), and the pad is a little on the shorter side. I’m 5’5”, and when using the highest incline, my feet can slip off if I’m not fully paying attention. Still, it’s a solid upgrade from my last one that went downhill after a year. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it if you’re looking for something compact, quiet, and easy to use. I’ll update this review if anything changes!

Good walking pad, small and compact
Have had it for more and no issues. Works just like it’s supposed to. I am 5’3” and it’s slightly short. I have to concentrate to keep my pace so that my heel doesn’t come off the belt. A handle would be helpful for this but I just use a walking stick.

Walking pad
This has allowed me to walk even when weather is bad. My only complaint is if I'm not careful I lose my balance. But I have increased my speed and can walk longer times.

This works quite well for me. I bought it specially for I'm front of thr TV so I can be walking instead of just sitting. Woke up with very sore legs the next day after receiving so I guess it's working, lol!
