I love this bottle. I’ve had it for a little over a week. It was easy to set up. The visual of how much water I’ve drank helps me so much to keep going to meet my goal. When I washed it, I did mess up and couldn’t get it to record my intake. Customer service was quick with a response to help me troubleshoot and get it working!

Fantastic product, really made a difference to my water intake. Within a couple of weeks I managed to crack the lid and they immediately sent me a replacement. Now several months later, I broke the lid again, and they're sending another replacement. Fantastic customer service, highly recommended.

I’m confused by all the positive reviews for this product. You truly couldn’t design a worse bottle. The weird fabric strap is too small to use as a way to hold the bottle and is positioned so that it’s in the way of the opening for the bottle lid. The lid for the straw opens the opposite way that you would expect making it both annoying to open (you have to open it and then turn the bottle around to drink) and the cap is in the way of your chin when drinking. The charging for this bottle couldn’t be any worse designed too. Their “proprietary” charging cord is stupid and doesn’t even magnetize well to the spot on the “puck”. You have to disassemble your water bottle just to charge it. And a small but annoying feature is that the bottle doesn’t even come fully charged. To make matters worse, the app isn’t intuitive and you have to tell it how many times you want it to light up each day, if you neglect to find that setting buried deep in the app, it won’t light up at all. This water bottle is WAY too expensive to be this terrible. I’ve now purchased the $40 water h bottle that has a similar idea and it out performs this bottle in every way possible. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase this.

I was so excited when I got this product, it worked perfect for about a month and then I started having problems with the way it charged. It would say it was charged but wouldn’t be. Then I started having trouble with the mouth piece, had to hold it a certain way to get suction then one day mouth piece just broke off. I did remind me to drink though and had a long charge. I enjoy the app. Now it’s useless though. I will be ordering the one without the straw. Hope the charging issue is a fluke and the next one works bcs I love the light up reminder and the fact that you can personalize the colors. I bought it in the eggplant color.

I missed the return window in this bottle. The bottom falls out all the time. Poor design. It doesn't consistently track the water you drink. I spent more time entering my intake then the bottle tracks. Disappointed. Now it's just an overpriced water bottle.
