Peptide Handbook: A Professional's Guide to Peptide Therapeutics Review: Amazing resource! - The best peptide book I have found! Dr Lavelle is very informative and knowledgeable. I studied this book for months and then had the pleasure of attending his training in person. Great book! Review: Every newbie/beginner to PEPS NEEDS this book! - I highly recommend getting your hands on this book and the other two that recommended along with this one. This book is packed with useful and informative information. I have book marked and highlighted a lot of things and this has become my little Peptide Bible. I have started my Tirzepatide journey and am learning about the other amazing peptides and the benefits each have to offer. I appreciate that the information is summarized and isn’t a boring ol book. I hope they figure out how to keep these amazing peps around and make it easier to get and a little more affordable because it has been a lifesaver for thousands especially the GLP’s! I’m on my first 2 months and have lost 17pounds my first month so far. Keeping up on my journey on Ig: Cakefacebrit

Good resource for beginners
This is a great resource for beginners although you can find most of the same information online. There were some parts that were repetitive but overall it is a good handbook to keep around for reference. Covers the most well known peptides, if you know about peptides you probably already know what is in it and can skip getting the book.

A lot of information in a concise format
As a doctor trained and board certified in Functional and Regenerative medicine Ive heard James LaValle speak at many medical conferences over the years and I've always been impressed with his breath of knowledge and professionalism. This is the primary reason I purchased his book. He gives you a concise summary of the most commonly prescribed peptides with an effort to present the benefits and risks in a matter of fact non-hypertrophied manner. He backs up his recommendations with references to several hundred citations across the medical literature. It is probably a little bit overwhelming for the non-physician reader but for the practitioner prescribing Peptide Therapy its a must have "go-to" reference that can be used as a stand alone or as an excellent starting point for those who want to dig in deeper to the clinical science of peptide therapy.

It is what it says it is.
It's a good reference guide, something to keep and try out in your research projects. Gives you enough information and context about the structure and mechanics of peptides that you can do your own deeper research if necessary so you're not starting from scratch. Like any reference some info will eventually be outdated but it's good to have on the shelf if you're interested in the many varied types and uses of peptides.

Best informational book I have found
Best informational book I have found so far. It goes over some key peptides, usage, side effects, dosage (clinical) wink wink. Yes yes dosage! *For research* wink .As well as other vitamins for ailments, diseases. So so happy that I ordered this book. If you want to know more about peptides and want to use them buy this book. You will not regret it.

Great product! Strange formatting
I would give 5 stars, this book has helpful information and I love the formatting for easy reference. As a provider myself this is a useful tool. My 3 star review is because the sizing of the physical book seems off. The book itself is very large, and the print inside is much smaller, as if the pages were meant to be smaller to fit the text, I'm talking 2 inches of blank space around the perimeter of the page. A fellow provider of mine has the same book and theirs was much smaller. Mine almost looks like a mis-print. Otherwise an excellent product! Seriously aside from the weird printing for mine (which may have been in error) great info!

This book has a very poor content and a lack of clarity in the information provided.

Terrible quality book, clearly a printed word document, minimal information

It is very informative but definately needs an update as there are many very exciting peptides not mentioned in the book.
