PurSteam 10-in-1 Steam Mop, Floor Steamer with Detachable Handheld Steam Cleaner for Tile, Hardwood Floors

I bought this to replace an old H20 model that rusted in the tank, I have to say considering the difference in price this machine is by far much better than the expensive H20. I used distilled water as recommended (it stops my iron furring up so makes sense) and cleaned the dining room and kitchen cushion flooring, the result was brilliant, clean floors that dried within half an hour on a cold day with no heating on. The following day I used it with the carpet glider and again an excellent result. I haven't used it hand held yet but I cannot foresee anything but good results, it will save a fortune on dry cleaning curtains once summer arrives and they can hang on the line and gently steam. It's much sturdier than the old one, it has variable steam, it's very easy to use straight from the box.

Had a Shark II cylinder steamer for 20+ years which finally gave up the ghost. Didn't need a like for like replacement and decided on this model based on reviews (Amazon and elsewhere), the removable handheld flexibility and the fact it is easier to store. Not the largest reservoir so heats up quickly and gives me just over 10 minutes of steam per fill. Although all plastic, this mop feels quite robust and glides well across the floor with the provided pads. Converting to handheld is very simple and you get quite a few attachments to choose from. The grout cleaner tool works well for me. A good all rounder that was purchased on offer, so very happy.

Delivery was fast, so easy to put together and in use after 10 minutes, lots of attachments, half of which I doubt I’ll use. Cleaning results were good but I don’t think I got 12 minutes of cleaning on the top setting and had to add more water. Not having an off switch on the machine is a bit of an inconvenience but at least the cable is long enough not to keep unplugging it. Heat up time is quick, you’ll get 2 x micro cloths but I’ll have to purchase more so they don’t get too wet on the floor. Not used the hand held section yet but happy enough so far on the floor and rugs.

Very happy with my new steam mop. For floors and detaches to a handheld as well. The water lasts long enough to clean living room and kitchen floors of an average size. Handheld mode can clean a small bathroom without refilling. Very effective cleaning and with no use of detergents which is what appealed to me. Comes with a bag of attachments for most eventualities plus a carpet glider for steaming rugs and curtains. Great price for all this. Easily competes with top of the range steam mops.

Absolutely brilliant floor steamer. Easy to put together, instructions clear and very easy to use. I love the fact that it folds down nice and neat and takes up minimal space so it sits nicely next to my hoover which also folds down. I’m a very house proud person and have a small dog and cat so I’m always washing the kitchen floor. I washed my kitchen floor the day before and steamed it today when the steam mop arrived, couldn’t believe how much dirt has come up off the vinyl flooring. It also dried pretty quick as well. I can’t wait to try out some of the tools that has come with it. 100% would recommend this steam mop. I ordered the our steam with the extra pads and I’m so glad I did.

Its an ok steamer, does the job however my issue with it is that the water tanks capacity is really small, so I cannot get all my floors done on one tank filled to the max mark. The way you fill it up is also stupid, you have to take the whole thing out just to lay it down flat to use their small cup and funnel to fill it... its a lot of bother when they could have just given it a screw top you can put under the tap like many others! It has an annoying start stop feature so every few seconds it bellows out seam before stopping for a few seconds and starting again! It does this the whole time you use it. The dial doesnt give you any indication of the power you have set it on unless you gauge it like an iron and lastly the pads supplied are made from polyester which firstly isnt great on the microplastics front but also doesnt pick up dirt as well as microfiber. If you want microfibre then you need to buy that pack separately which they do sell so thats good I guess, but they give you so many of these polyester ones to find they are not really as great. After a few weeks of use I have stopped using it as I dont find its cleaning my floor but instead is smearing dirt all over. Its only useful to go over floors you have just mopped which kind of defeats the point really.

After using a year, I can say that it is very good both on hard surfaces and carpets. I wish it was cordless but anyway the cord length is enough. Steam generation is strong, not heavy, easy to use. Water tank is enough for a couple of times to use. Makes better feeling comparing to using bleach or similar chemicals constantly.

This is pretty goodand versatile product. We purchased on sale so I think was good value also. Have used it quite a bit since purchasing and has made our lives a little easier. Worked really well on cleaning an expensive rug and our windows also
