I only use this for facepulls. I have long arms, so I needed something that allowed me to fully external rotate my shoulders. This does the job. I wouldn't use this for heavy tricep pushdowns though.

Like the length of the rope. Using at gym it allowed me to expand Tricep workout. Especially better stretch of the long head on over head Tricep exercises

stitching started ripping 2nd set into 70lb other than that this thing is great :)
