I am in love with this machine it makes perfect shots and the steam wand very well!!

I am a real coffee person ☕️ and my dad got me this as a birthday present. it works amazingly and i LOVE it. i had small problems to which ay first i blamed the machine until i realized they were MY problems. at first i thought that the milk steamer didnt work.when ever that happens take off the front nozzle and give and quick wash. dry it and replace. if it continues not working....your waters low! If your trying to pull a shot and its not working you either didnt tamper or didn't tamper correctly. i love my espresso machine! its been a big hit in the home!

This machine works fine as long as the grind isn’t too fine. It took some adjustments to get it right. There seems to be quite a bit of water underneath after each use, but for the price, it’s not hard to wipe up. The steamer is great and seems to have more pressure than the group head.

Never saw myself as an espresso, latte kinda guy. Until the cruise.. so when we got back, regular drip coffee just wouldn't do. So, now with this machine I can make my own lattes at home at so much less than those "fru fru" coffee joints. Easy to operate and makes a great cuppa joe. Espresso, Lattes, Cappuccino, or Americanos... this machine can do it all. And a built in grinder for fresh grounds... Great all in one machine

What can I say? This has been the WORST coffee machine and the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been stuck dealing with Gevi since October. The first machine broke after only four weeks, and their customer service was a nightmare from that point on. We had to repeatedly “prove” it was broken—sending videos, photos, and explanations over and over because nothing was ever enough for them. We sent videos showing that no coffee was coming out. Then they demanded another photo of the machine’s serial number, even though we had already provided it twice. Then they asked for a picture of a cut power cable before they would finally approve a replacement. After two months of this back-and-forth, the replacement finally arrived. And what did we receive? A used machine that had clearly been returned by someone else. Parts were loose and out of place, the box rattled like it had broken glass inside, and there was even half of the previous owner’s shipping label still attached. Absolutely unbelievable. We contacted the company again—especially because they specifically promised a new machine—and they never responded. Not a single reply after everything we went through. Honestly, a $38 espresso machine has better quality and better integrity behind it. Gevi has proven to be extremely dishonest, and unreliable. Never again.

Purchased as an alternative to spending $700 for a Breville. A few days in, not disappointed!! It took approx 15 cups to find the right grind, (for us it's setting at 7 to 8), and there certainly is a learning curve but makes an amazing espresso! It also has so pros over the Breville in that you can manually add more water than the preset 1 or 2 shots for an Americano and you can run the brother at the same time when getting the dual broiler. It also has a very large 2.8 ltr water capacity. Add the $68 4 year warranty and your golden for 4 years and all for less than$450! I was also impressed with the packaging and the overall build quality!
