So. I will start with the fact I had many adverts on my social media accounts advertising products just like this one. Beong the tight fisted penny pinching Dude I am I thought, there has to be a product out there cheaper for me to try before I part with my hard earned. BOOOOOOM found this one. What can I say other than its of a great build quality and frankly I won't be buying and other product as this at the time of writing is approx £40 cheaper than those I had adverts for. I took it to work for my mates to try and NO ONE... I REPEAT NO ONE could find fault with build quailty, the value for money or ease of set up and use. We had a few matcho moments challenging each other to workouts and still couldn't break it and we even found the item could beat us into submission. I honestly don't have anything to do with selling this item buti do wish I have shares in it. Anyway, buy it, it's cheap it's cheerful (If you like a solid workout)I can't see how or why you would regret it.

Since I have really quite limited space, I wanted to find something I could use, So upon shopping about I settled on this particular product. Since I'm not the tallest person in the world, I needed to find something that was adjustable. So I decided I'd give it a try.Assembly was really simple and all parts were included in the consignment. Absolutely no problems setting everything up. The materials used are deceptively robust. The addition of multiple bands is really quite good and offers a good level of resistance, making it really handy.Nice option if you haven't the space for a bench set.

I have been using this at home for a few weeks and although I have found it to be a useful item to have in my home gym I have always had the worry about quality. Well today I found that my worries were correct when one of the end connection pieces broke off.lucky for me I was just using it under light load otherwise I might have been injured. Would not recommend on safety grounds alone

Very easy to set up and use. And it performs exaxhkw you would it expect it to.

This product is pretty easy to take places with you and it is ok if you’re not very strong or OK if you’re beginner at workouts. However I’ve only had this 6 months (just under) and the red plastics straps have snapped. This is really dangerous as it could whip your skin or worse, whip you in the face. I’d not recommend this unless you’re a total beginner and want easy to carry gym gear. The warranty is only 30 days, it’s unlikely to break in 30 days but warranty should be at least a year. They can’t expect me to be replacing this product every 6 months surely?

I returned the first bar as the webbing straps slipped through the clasp, but really liked its versatility, hence 2 stars, the 2nd one arrived as promptly as the first and initially seemed better. However some slipping did still occur (especially if used by a taller person) when put under some stress. Then after using it several times, (6-7) one of the fitness bands just snapped and fired pieces around the room. This bar looks like it does the job, but sadly it really isn't man enough to take the stress from 2 yet alone the 3 bands supplied for each side. Needless to say, the 2nd one has also been returned.

The main benefits of this piece of equipment is that you can now do bar bell workouts. It seriously adds a lot of variety to that you just don't get if you only have dumbells. Targeting bums, legs and widening/building your back and chest are great additions to your home workout regime.Also the added stability of a bar and resistance bands in shoulder press allows you to comfortably increase your load without fear getting off balance and doing damage to yourself.I am a big guy so have bought extra 6 resistance bands (3 each side) to double the resistance with some extra carabiners. I also attach it to my adjustable bench for chest workoutsIt's remarkablely similar to other brands *wink, wink.. with the expensive marketing videos showing you how to use it

This is decent enough, you have straps to adjust the distance between the bar and the actual ends of the bands..you nned to just take a bit of time to adjust it to what suits you best. Its practical and lightweight and one of the cheapest I`ve seen on here anyway so I have no issues with it at all...
