Easy to use with the supplied dropper

The family took this while we had a viral infection, we took this a few times but I feel as it wasn't very effective, still maybe next time it might help, but not so much at this moment.

Worked to produce a productive cough. Probably best not to take it just before going out. It looks like plant extracts as it has a very green colour. I took it the more direct way which was under the tongue 👅 Flavour wise it just has a sweet syrupy flavour. It did make me cough a bit but nothing drastic. Can be taken diluted in water too.

I like these drops. They taste ok and the dropper is good for dosing. I take it either under the tongue or in a warm drink. I keep the open bottle in the fridge to keep it fresh.I’m happy with this extract and it’s similar to others I have tried at higher prices.

I was sent a two pack for testing earlier in the year, and I noticed more of a difference when I stopped using it than when I started using it, so I thought I'd better get some more.It is very convenient to take, you just drop some into a glass of water. I can't taste anything at all, but I don't have the best sense of smell. It makes the water green, so it doesn't look very appetising, but at least is seems to be tasteless, so easy to drink. I take it at suppertime, when I use to to take my BP meds.
