I picked this style mount because it seemed to offer the most unintrusive mount and placement. It's true (as per other reviews) that this over-the-vent-control mount doesn't seat perfectly as we would intuitively assume. It clicked in on my first attempt and hasn't moved. So long as it does the job, I'd rather this style over dash, left vent, windshield or visor mount options. I am using this mount with a pre-existing metal plate on my phone cover. The magnet is not the strongest, but so far no issues with sliding around. Note: based on images, I thought I was getting a clear mount. It came in all black. Not a deal breaker for me, today. It would be nice if the images weren't misleading. Used on 2020 Rav4 TRD

Fits perfect

Easy to install, it just snaps into place. The magnet on the holder is strong but my iphone kept slipping off because the magnets on the phone aren’t directly in the center. The iphone magsafe wallet is strong though so this was my solution.

It's a perfect fit for any of the new Rav4 s. As long as your Rav4 has up and down controls beside the 4 way emergency flashers it just clips in very easy. Please read the information about the exact models before you buy this. It's perfect for my Rav4 Limited Hybrid.
