Q: I just purchased this and the tank is empty in literally seconds. I contacted the mfg, but have heard nothing. Is this defective?

I just refil it as it empties. It only takes a few seconds to refill from the faucet. I usually refill 4 times per flossing. If you want a large reservoir for the water get the full size version.

Q: I need a replacement charger. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Q: Does it have enough water in one fill of the "tank" to floss the whole mouth or you have to refill it?

Mine only stayed on 7 seconds before running out of water. I had to refill it 10 times and even then I was rushing and didn’t feel I had done a good job. Not a fan.

Q: Is the water supposed to shoot out in spurts on the "normal" setting?

Yes. Water should shoot out in regular intervals instead of one continuous stream.
