So easy to put together and use. Very easy to keep clean. Has held up through several litters. Keeps my newborns warm and cozy. Temperature settings are pretty accurate. Works as well as incubators more than 10 times this price. A really great value.

Fan heater seems much safer than the traditional light ones. Nice size. Came with nebulizer and other useful accessories. Shipping was fast. Days earlier than expected.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s a nice concept- however, it doesn’t run true to temp. It runs a good 5+ degrees cooler than what you have it set to. I always use an additional thermometer and it has never matched.

My ducklings are doing well in it but the temperature control is extremely inaccurate. Set at 91 it ranged from 75( room temperature)- 105 when I first started it. Through random pushing buttons I got the range to be 85 - 96. The instructions are very lacking. Luckily there is 20 degree variation from one side to the other so the ducklings can find a temp they like. Works for my needs but would not work if temperature was important to pets health

The puppies seem to like it more than the clothes basket initially prepared. It can't 8 days faster than expected. Its easy to use and put together. Cost was good and it's bigger than I expected, this should last for a long time. I like the settings which are self explanatory anyone should be able operate this product. If you are a breeder or just have a litter toys is for you.

I donated this unit to a bird rescue. They are using it for injured birds and babies that they are caring for. They said it’s working out great.

This item could be great! But the one mailed to me was not. It did not properly read humidity levels of inside the incubator. Despite that I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could replace only the part that reads the levels and after much back and forth was told amazon would need to handle my return. I did not want to return the whole item only wanted to exchange the reader as it could be defective. This item is for taking care of small newborn puppies and again it could be great but it just isn't at this time. Customer service was not rude but not very helpful either.

One star for blanket and bottles. This turbo pet incubator was unreliable and a very big disappointment. The humidity module doesn’t work nor does the temperature reading accurate. This is very crucial for a puppies first few days and because of its lack of precision I have lost 2 pups I pray the other Two survive. Total garbage waste of money. Pls look into another brand.

For the money this is ok, they are asking 100.00 i mean should be only 80 at max because it's cheap plastic, but it will do the job. I'm going to use a heating pad lol so I guess I paid for an expensive plastic storage box with a fan. The fan and mini led light are a nice touch but to keep kittens warm no, so does need improvement, but does not have a large price tag, so it does the job with a few extras added in. Plus gives you some bands and feed tips
