Do they fit 60 mm frames

it wont fit my 70mm wide door, you can screw it on ok but the door wont close

No. I didn't want mine to open more than 90 degrees so this was perfect for me.

Could this be used on an internal wood door? I've a cupboard on the landing and the door opens into a bedroom door causing damage.

No, not really but I would get the advice of a carpenter first. It is designed for a uPVC door. I don't think you would be able to use it without chiseling a recess into the door and door frame to allow the restrictor to fit and work and the door to open and close correctly. I would definitely seek advice from a carpenter first in case there's a more suitable product for your job.
