Yes this is perfect for dumplings. I purchased 2 of them, BUT I later found out that this is WAY overpriced on here. A local expensive gourmet store here in town has it for $7.99 as their regular price and was just on sale for $6.99.

This is the perfect sauce to accompany your favorite dumplings. I love the sweet ginger soy sauce taste.
