Came vacuum sealed, but expanded out shortly. Love the unique ergonomic shape! Once fully expanded, it is comfy, soft and the perfect fit to sit in for gaming/movie watching. Great bean bag chair for the price. Lightweight, cozy and easy to set up. Funny enough, as soon as it was fully expanded, our 100lb+ Bernese Mountain Dog claimed it as her new dog bed... she was sadly later informed otherwise, lol! Very happy with this purchase!

Color and size of beanbag chair do not match description. Then when you have to return it, it cost $73 to box it up to ship. The only thing I would say good about the product is... it is actually really comfortable.

This chair surpassed my expectations. First, it is not a bean bag chair, as the inside is not composed of little beads. Instead it is made of dense memory foam that provides excellent support! Opening it is fun, break the vacuum seal and it fills into shape pretty quickly. It’s light enough to move around and has anti-skid material on the bottom to use with hard floors. The cover is also removable for walking and easy care! Love it!

I got this for my boys when playing video games and they love it. It came vacuum sealed, opened it up and let it expand for about 24 hours and it was ready to use. It is very comfortable and soft fabric. Also lightweight to move it wherever you want. My girls are also into it and steal it from boys room to take it to living room or their room to watch movies or be on their phones. It’s definitely a favorite and might need to get another one. Great purchase and would recommend to family and friends.

Great item. First time i buy furniture from Amazon, and it did not disappoint. It took a few days to take it's form as it arrives in a very small box completely compressed, Fabric is good, chair is firm and comfy. It is quite low to the ground, if you are an older person it might be an issue.

I got the LOVESEAT version… and I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately, after leaving it to “inflate” for over a week, the backrest never fully regained its advertised shape. The cover sits loose, which clearly shows the foam hasn’t expanded properly. The backrest is much more slouched than shown in the photos and noticeably lower than advertised. As a result, you can’t rest your head against it—if you lean back, you’re basically staring at the ceiling. The sitting position is awkward and uncomfortable. Although it’s brand new, the cover already feels cheap and is forming lint/pilling (“peluches”), giving it a worn, used look right out of the box. The buttons on the seat are uncomfortable and actually hurt when sitting directly on them—you need to put a blanket or cushion on top to tolerate it. Finally, the length is shorter than advertised, likely due to the same expansion issue. Two adults sitting on it are much closer and tighter than the product photos suggest—unless it’s meant for two very small children. I’m pondering whether to keep this or return it, but I feel that a return is impossible due to the inability to pack it back.
