We've been getting this cheese for some time in the plastic jugs that are I think 2lb. Decided to purchase this case thinking it would be a case of jugs. Not so! It is all in one big bag so now am having to figure out storage. I may well have missed something in the description but the photo showed a box with a jug in front so my assumption didn't come from nowhere!

Do not try making Mac n cheese with this. It turns the Mac n cheese a super bright orange color (as you can see in the photo) that you can’t even get in those pre made packets! More over, even with the Mac n cheese being super orange I could not taste any cheese flavor. Now we are stuck with 25lbs of this stuff and I don’t even know what the heck they are using to dye this cheese such a bright orange color.. man I’m scared!

I was very disappointed with this product. I used to buy small quantities in grocery stores. Then, suddenly, it disappeared. This stuff isn't even close to the taste of cheddar cheese. So, save your money and find a different brand.
