Exceedingly happy with this light. Fit and finish are nicely done--it's solid and feels like a high quality light. The ease of use is just about perfect--4 levels (low--medium--High--Strobe), nothing tricky. The pocket clip is well-made and STRONG. The light the K30 gives off is decidedly white, (neither too warm or too cold). The beam quality of the K30 is terrific with a large-ish hot spot and plenty of spill. The high mode at 850 lumens is very bright and will illuminate quite a large area. The K30 comes with a 10880 Li-ion battery that has a USB-C charging port (there is no charging port on the flashlight body). Take care of the 10880 cell, because replacements might be hard to find. But fear not, because the light will operate at the cost of very slightly diminished output using 2 alkaline AAA or rechargeable 2 NIMH AAA batteries, which is nice. NOTE: Do NOT use two 3.7V li-ion AAA batteries in this light, as that would be too much voltage, and it would likely damage, or disable the light. The only thing(s) they could add to make it ideal for me, would be an additional low mode (the current low mode appears brighter than the rated 20 lumens); an SOS (I mean if you're going have a strobe, might as well do the SOS too--It could be a lifesaver); and last mode memory. I own a lot of flashlights and I wanted a 2nd Pen light. I looked at a lot of contenders and chose this one, and, so far, I am very, very happy with the Nextorch K30.

Very bright small light.

Very bright and I love the clip but the rechargeable battery doesn’t Last very long. Six month review: Upgraded to five stars based on frequent use. Pros: very very bright light, light carrying, and the clip holds to my shirt very well. Aldo very durable despite other claims to the contrary. I have multiple flashlights but this is my go-to flashlight. Cons: Because it is so bright and so light the chargeable battery has a relatively short life before recharging (2 hrs?). That being said, using a lower brightness when possible helps and I charge mine after moderate use because when it dies there is no warning. I am getting another one. Also, standard AAA batteries work great while the chargable battery is charging.

Literally 1 day outside of the return window from Amazon the battery will only last about 5 mins. Prior to this would last me a full day to almost 2 days. I’m a mechanic and I use a light constantly through the day. On Amazon they claim they have a 5 year warranty on their web sight it says all lights have a 10 year warranty either way it does you no good because there’s no number to call and I have submitted a warranty claim twice in a week and also emailed and still have had zero response. Seems to be a resent light but I’m guessing the battery crapped out on me. And with their customer service I wouldn’t waste my time

The light works great, but I hate that I have to remove the battery in order to charge it. If I knew that I would have bought a different one.
