Nice quality and usually comes thick cut

Lean with a charred/crispy outer edge. Taste was good at medium/rare

Lovely, didn’t look it in the VacPack, but it was lush

Worse steak I’ve had, tough as leather, no flavour and a lot of water for “salt aged”

I've had success with this cut before but the last couple of selections have been less than stellar. The most recent one however, was terrible. I received one 200g sirloin and additional 80g piece of sinew. Quality control needs sorting.

This steak is very tasty and if you like a lot of fat then youll love it I do mean a lot though the last one I had was more than 30 % fat I have had others about 20% fat and this is just about tolerable My family like a leaner cut so it meant cutting it all away so at almost a tenner a piece thats about 3.50 in the bin. I urge amazon to ask wholefoods to trim it a bit more, because I wont be taking a chance on it again.

Tough as old boots. Save your money, go elsewhere
