Healthy and delicious.
No water retention after eating this. Im on low carbs so I know this is legit. It’s not going to taste like wonder bread ok? It’s a healthy alternative. I make breakfast sandwiches and toast it in a pan with butter first. I love it! Losing weight too!

The best keto wheat bread on the market
This is the best keto wheat bread there is. The slices are thick and perfect for sandwiches. Good for anyone looking for lower calories, lower carbs, more protein and more fiber.

This is the first thing that you should get if you’re going on a ketogenic diet.
Fabulous bread .I can have sandwiches all day long and still remain on my ketogenic diet. I buy a loaf every week for the last year and am thrilled about the results. Obviously, you can’t eat this and then go have an apple pie after but for people who are trying to keep their blood sugars from spiking, this is an ideal product For the diabetic or the person who’s trying to lose weight. I don’t get any gastrointestinal distress and it doesn’t have enough sugar alcohol to cause me any gas. The texture is pretty nice. I wish it was closer to the five dollar price point because I’m seeing prices inching up on this product Over the last year.

High Hopes, Big Disappointment
I had very high hopes for this bread, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The taste is extremely bland and unpleasant, and the texture is dry and artificial. Even with butter, the flavor completely disappears. The bread just absorbs everything and still tastes bad. I managed to eat only two slices before throwing the rest of the loaf away. For the price, this felt like a total waste of money. If you are sensitive to taste or expecting something even remotely close to regular bread, I would strongly recommend skipping this product.

Not really thrilling.
I was really excited to try this bread and very hopeful, I need a higher fiber bread and this was meeting all my criteria. Except the price. Holy cow, this bread is friggin expensive. I actually didn't mean to order it, I kind of ordered it accidentally but I'm glad I did because now I don't have to wonder about it anymore. I was really happy with the loaf and how it looked. Very even, no smaller pieces at either end. The slices are thicker than the normal slice, I was pleased with that as well. It was fresh and soft to the touch. The surface looked almost too perfect, the texture even and took condiments like a champ. It made a great looking sandwich. And that's where all resemblance to bread ended. The taste is like actual paperboard/cardboard. It's flat. Doesn't have a really good mouth feel, spongy feeling and it made my sandwich taste worse. It tasted like there was no salt or sugar added. It didn't have a taste of baked yeast and flour. Very dry even with Dukes spread on it. If you're of the Catholic variety, think of a very stale communion wafer and that's about where you're at in the taste. I was really super sad about the whole thing. After 3 days I just happened to glance at the loaf again and noticed mold growing on it. Whatever this bread is made of, it is conducive to growing mold, lol. If you're going to eat it, you better eat it fast. Or stick it in the freezer and take out the slices as you need them.

Good bread for zero carbs and let's you have lots of sandwich options!
It's hard to make carb free bread! But Nature's Own comes about as close as you can get. I do have to say the texture is a little off, so I always toast mine, but the taste is the same, and it's fantastic to have a low/no carb bread that you can put deli meats/cheeses on, or a toasted PBJ, or I even fry it up for Reuben's! Generally I'd recommend you toast it and then the texture issue isn't a factor. I love having toast with jam (low carb of course) with my eggs and bacon, and now I can!

Pretty Tasty
Probably the best keto bread I've tried. Plus it gets moldy, unlike most bread these days.
