Easy installation process
Nice and good looking chimney. Person who installed the chimney Gagan, he was very knowledgeable and did a good job with installation. Very happy with the installation service and overall quality of installation work. Once I received the chimney Gagan reached out same day for the installation. That was a great experience overall.

Best Product
This product is best and worth for money. It was so easy to operate even though there is no prior experiance. Technicians are very friendly and their service is quite fast and having high quality. Noise level is quite moderate and its ok for home use. Finally its worth for money.

The product was good. at the first two level. The sound level is moderate, but at the third level, the sound level is high. Overall the product is recommendable.

Worst product
Waited for 12 days delivery time and received damaged product. Elica technician charged for visiting. I have to order another product now and pay technician again for installation. Worst service from Elica. It’s just a bubble created in the market of the elica product. Never ever buy a elica product and you will regret the service after the product is purchased.
