My husband loves these and has a pair in all his shoes. The extra height releaves some of his back pain. They are very sturdy and don't slide or come apart in his shoes, even his loafers. We have tried many different brands and this is by far the best price, quality, height adjustment inserts, easy to cut to size with the printed size scale. Definitely worth a try it truly adds a solid 3 inch to his height.

I put these inside of a pair of boots that cute but not so good for walking around in. They are now the most comfortable shoes I own. I tested them out with a day of waiting tables and they didn't slip at all. I am so seriously happy with these. The little wedges fit together kind of like Legos. And, honestly, any shoe that can handle the waitress test is a very good shoe. I've tried to make cute shoe good before with insoles and it was a miserable failure before an hour, these though are an honest to God shoe upgrade and I highly recommend them

Good product but it is not what the size is presented. It shows it is for men but the length of the sole is for women. The height is good but the whole sole length is not true to what is said.

I love this product. I am now 5”7-5”8 with these shoes plus the height increase of my boots! My only problem with it is that it does not raise 3.5 inches, only around 3 :(. Still, they go really comfy with stretchy shoes, I tried them on with other boots and they did not fit too well. My only advice is to find stretchy shoes with a lot of room to go with these, and possibly have them be ankle or knee high boots.

If you are willing to purchase this item, get a bigger size shoe. When I wore my panda dunks size 9.5 they hurt my feet when walking to school. When I wore size 10 shoes they didn’t hurt my feet at all. So you need to get a size up if you want to be comfortable. Overall I give it 8.5/10

Heel way too narrow to fulfill the shoe heel. Not comfortable, really makes your feel ache after a 5 minute walk- they’re rock hard.

It's okay to wear it but don't expect to have them on all day, you'll feel discomfort after a couple of hours or so. Also, it doesn't add much inch to your existing height. Overall, it sounds good on paper but the execution isn't worth the pain/discomfort that can cause to your heel. I felt like a woman wearing high heels all day when I removed them.

Wow these are great, helps with leveling my gait to walk better also take away back pain 🥰
