Excellent Quality Raincoat AND Winter Shell!
The recycled materials make this coat more sustainable. There are sufficient zippers, so these are quite functional. This raincoat is much thicker than my previous raincoat, and it feels of excellent quality for its price point. It looks OK, but I wish it came in navy. Length and fit are just fine. Wind resistance is probably there, but I haven't tested that much yet. It seems soft and able to provide warmth if used with proper insulating and base layers, but again, I haven't tested that much. I'm going off of how it feels upon my first impressions, and it seems truly excellent so far.

Nice and light weight. Very Breathable and best of all dry
I usually don't use rain gear when I go camping. Frankly I just won't go. I ordered this rain jacket because friends and I had been planning an ATV trip to West Virginia for 6 months and we were going no matter what. Of course the weekend we were going had rain forecast. So I was covered. The jacket arrived on time and was nicely packaged, simple without of a bunch of cardboard that would get tossed in the recycle bin. The fit was perfect. I'm an extra large, and the size was right on. I would suggest if you want to wear a sweatshirt or hoodie under it I would go up a size. The jacket was light weight and didn't take up much space when packed. This is a summer/late spring weight type of rain jacket. From a durability standpoint I wouldn't wear it for logging, construction, working on a car, or stuff like that. But it's perfect for riding, camping, or hiking. It did rain on us while we were riding. I did not get wet while I was wearing it. The waterproofness was good for riding on the quad. Although our speeds were not much more than 20mph. It's hard to see riding on a mountain, in the rain, much faster than that. I would definitely recommend this jacket to my friends. I have a Marmont Tent that is constructed of the same quality.

Fantastic breathable rain jacket at affordable price.
Great jacket. Fit is accurate. Well designed. The hood rolls up and tucks away with Velcro. Breathable but sheds water, although I've only had it in the rain a few times.

Great jacket; poor delivery time
I love the jacket. Exactly what I was looking for in quality, looks, breathable but water proof, has a hood, under arm vents. Size is perfect. The sale price was excellent. The reason for knocking off a star is that it took a ridiculous 6 weeks to receive it. There were a few unexplained delays extending an already long projected delivery time. I’m not sure who supplied this to Amazon, but I would recommend against utilizing them in the future. Great jacket, horrible delivery time right in the middle of summer when it is needed most.

Rain Jacket
Great lightweight rain jacket. Nice green color. Fits well, packs well, does the job. Keeps the rain out. There is nothing weird or wrong about this jacket, it just works. Light enough you can wear it in the summer, though you'll sweat if it's very hot and humid. Good value for a good brand, without being too expensive just to wear an ostentatious logo. Zippers work fine. There are generally three schools of thoughts with rain jackets like this. This jacket works with all three, depending on the color you choose. One pairs with sort of business clothes, picture the guy wearing the patagonia vest to his investment banking job, and a black rain jacket. This will work fine for that if you get it in black, maybe dark navy blue, maybe gray. Then you have people who want to blend in while hiking or in the woods, green (nori) or brown (hazel) will work best for those use cases. Finally you have someone who wants a hiking jacket and in case they get lost or slip and fall they want high vis, buy the orange, yellow, or red.

great packable water and wind resistant layer
Took this on a trip to Europe. Performed like a champ. EASY TO CARRY: Collapses into its own little bag by stuffing itself into the right pocket. Note that there is no difference between the left and right pocket EXCEPT that the right pocket has a second zipper pull so that you can close the pocket when it is inside-out (because you stuffed the rest of the jacket into it). Doing this or even just quickly rolling the jacket up means you can carry it easily in your day pack. Light weight and low volume. WATER RESIST: Pretty good performance! taped seams. I wore it in medium rain and it kept my top dry HOOD: another reviewer complained that the hood was too long a drooped over the eyes, obscuring vision. Simple fix! Use the velcro tab back at the base of the neck to adjust how much the hood can go forward. Adjusting the velcro an inch can make a big difference! Also you can roll the hood down and tuck it into the collar. BREATHABILITY: This is waterproof and not Gore-tex (which would cost way more) so its not really breathable. But it has deep pit-zips on both sides, a reliable no-stick zipper in front, and wide sleeves at the wrist (adjustable with velcro) so you can easily create some airflow. WARMTH: Not really much insulation. But if you combine it with other layers, it can work well. For instance, I wore a t-shirt and a merino wool sweater with the jacket in reserve in my backpack. As afternoon became evening and the temperature dropped down by 10 degrees F. I put on the jacket and a knit hat and was fine. So the jacket is good for iffy weather but also for cooling at night if you're out for a full day. STYLE: It's reasonably good looking outdoor/active wear. Clean lines and lays smooth. Mine is the deep blue. DURABILITY: Seems well made. All the stitching and zippers are good quality. I have a Marmot high end gore-tex jacket and Marmot ski pants that perform well for years. So I trust the Marmot brand. This lightweight jacket seems to be quality too. No issues on my trip but I've only had the jacket two months. OVERALL: This is an easy 5 stars if your looking for easy to pack water and wind protection that looks good and fits comfortably at an affordable price point. Especially good for travel where you want to be efficient in what you're packing.

Stylish and comfy, would recommend
It’s so light, it looks great, the fit is just right and I love the hood, armpit zips, and packability. Just right for Utah weather

Good jacket
Bought this for my husband. He states he likes it a lot. Fits well and so far seems waterproof. The hood is large but covers your head while wearing a hat perfectly. Says it’s lightweight and likes the color.
