- CENTENNIAL 2018 Crop. 7-12% Alpha Acids. Dual Purpose Bittering and Finishing Hop. Flowers & citrus most evident. A medium aroma with mid to high bittering value makes it a dual purpose choice. Sometimes called the super Cascade though its citrus aromas are lighter than those in Cascade. Acceptable for bittering. Used For: All US-Style Ales, IPAs, Wheat beer
