Secrets of the Tribe Hops Tincture Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract, Hops (Humulus Lupulus) Dried Flower (2 FL OZ)

I would recommend this to anyone who’s having issues sleeping. Been using it for a long time and I can tell you it’s one of a very few things out there that works.

MORE effective than other OTC pain relievers/creams. A small amount goes a long way. This was my second order of this product.

I had been on another much more expensive version of MHE, and I see no difference in the effectiveness of the supplement!

Pleasant, mild flavor and thickness. It helps me go to sleep.

Not as strong as another brand I bought in the past I use to help me relax and get to sleep.

I freakin' fell asleep last night without Ambien. I think that says it all. Yay for hops! (I took two squeezes mixed in some water and drank it while holding my nose. I'm hopeful it will work longterm, and I might post back, but so far, it's five stars all the way!)

Smells nothing like hops! Smells like stale cut grass. Garbage!
