It just works.
I have a 50 litre military style range bag packed with all of my accessories used when at the shooting range and the weight was getting too much for me due to suffering from COPD as I'd get out of breath after carrying it up the steep slope to shooting benches so I've invested in one of these which just takes the bag comfortably.I've finally got around to using it recently and each time I've used it, it works a treat and that is using it over quite uneven ground. It makes light work of transporting my heavy range bag and although I intend to purchase the matching basket, my range bag fits nicely on the base without need of the basket and I just secure the bag with two bungie cords and the job's a good'n.I really wasn't expecting much as I bought it used from Amazon Warehouse which they said was second hand item and scratched but in all honesty it looked new to me, in fact I've put more scratches on it since I've used it.I was caught out by the fact that it was in Germany rather than England but was here within a week which they promised and it had roughly one third off the normal price and free delivery so I'm certainly not complaining. The hand truck itself feels surprisingly sturdy, I was even a little surprised at it's weight though don't let that put you off as it was a pleasant surprise and the weight actually gives one confidence that it's doesn't feel cheap and nasty. When you pick it up it feels good. It's a dream to assemble or fold down and folds to a very neat near flat package when not in use. Extending the handle to the correct height is simple as is lowering it.I bought this model as I liked the idea of the basket that fits onto it and which I'll more than probably add one at a later date. The hand truck also takes up so little space when folded that it can remain stored permanently in the trunk of my car until needed. It would be ideal with the basket as it too folds so again that too could remain in the trunk. In a nutshell it just works.

Excellent Light-Duty Barrow / Trolley
I've been wanting something like this for a while but was basically looking for a good excuse to get one. With the recent COVID-19-related lockdown, I have been ordering large vegetable and dairy box supplies for some of my neighbours and delivering them to their doorsteps. I was going this in the car due to the size and weight of the boxes (and to avoid a potential repeat of that one time when I walked a box to its destination and the bottom fell out depositing quality vedge everywhere - embarrassing) and although some of my neighbours are a good few hundred metres away (doesn't sound like much, but it is when your're old and carrying stuff), it nevertheless seemed a little environmentally unfriendly starting and stopping a diesel vehicle carrying these deliveries out. So, I bought one of these... so that I could wheel them around instead.I didn't do that much research... I basically looked at carrying capacity / versatility (80kg as a barrow / 137kg as a trolley), and portability / store-ability (weighs 8kg and folds flat)... and then picked a brand that I recognised! This ticked all the boxes and while it wasn't the cheapest, it wasn't outrageous. In use, it's brilliant. It unfolds from flat to four-wheeled (two fixed / two castor) trolley easily enough with the releasing of a sprung-loaded catch. A further catch-releasing action then turns it into a two wheeled barrow (with the remaining two castors magnetically held neatly in place out of the way). The handle in either mode is height adjustable and the barrow base plate can be deployed in trolley mode to better secure box-shaped cargo. It feels pretty solid when loaded and is easily maneuverable as the wheels roll well and quietly enough even on reasonably uneven paving. For what I'm currently using it for, it's perfect.Downsides? Not a lot really. The wheels in trolley mode aren't spot-on level (so it tips slightly from corner to corner when unloaded) but is mostly undetectable when in use. And there may be some parts of its metal / plastic construction which might not fair too well if used in a fairly rugged environment... like those [plastic] catches for example, which if broken will render the whole thing mostly unusable. It could also do with weight warning stickers on it to remind the user what it's realistically capable of as its perceived robustness may encourage use beyond its capability. I can imagine there might be the odd individual attempting to use one to transport a grand piano...Other than that, this excellent light-duty barrow / trolley is just what my current situation needs and is highly recommended.

Strong and easy to use
Stanley SXWTD-PC527 150 kg Steel Platform TruckI use this to transport heavier items relatively long distances, today I moved a filing cabinet 2 miles on roads and pavements. this is something I couldn't do with my previous trolley.LikesFolds up and can fit into a large bag easy to carry around at 6.4kg solid tyres are great at least you wont get a puncture but can be noisy depending on surface.. Easy to load up nice and wide platform, but you'll need some straps they aren't supplied.DislikesCan be noisy on roads steering a bit tricky if you are pushing it likes to go to the sides rather than straight.I found it easier to pull it backwards . this may depend on how you fit the swivel wheels instructions say to fit them to the rear. don't know if fitting them to the front would make a difference?ThoughtsSome dampening would be nice it can vibrate a lot and could do with some foam on the handleOverallVery happy with my purchase would buy again if needed this will make such a diffence transporting items should have bought one years ago. Thanks to all the people who answered my question it made up my mind that this was what I needed.

Good value, versatile & robust
Bought to help my son move house, converts from upright sack truck to four-wheel trolley by unclipping the top half of the handles and relocating to sockets at right angles to the sack truck ones.Build quality is good on ours, everything fits well, the wheels clipped in place no problem, and it’s sturdy. Able to carry a small fridge freezer no problem. Paintwork isn’t perfect, the coating isn’t thick so if you don’t want it to rust take care to repair paint damage after it inevitably gets knocked about. Tyres are proper pneumatic ones, makes it easier to take up and down kerbs. It’s small enough to fit in the boot of my car with one seat folded down.
