Ich habe mal nach einem hochwertigen Parmesan Käse gesucht der kein Discounter Produkt ist und bin hier auf diesen Käse gestoßen. Zum Versand... Es hat seeeehr lange gedauert bis der Käse bei mir an kam. Liegt wohl daran, dass der Hersteller im Ausland sitzt. Zum Geschmack: Der Käse schmeckt, abolut nicht nach Parmesan so wie wir ihn in Deutschland kennen. Er ist absolut mit keinem Parmesan zu vergleichen so wie ich ihn kenne. Sehr mild im Geschmack und eher im hohen Fettgehalt. Er passt ultra gut in Spagetti Carbonara. Der Kilo Preis von 165 Euro ist jenseits von gut und böse, nur sah ich das viel zu Spät. Ob er das Wert ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen denn ich kenne die Preise nicht für so hochwertige Käse Sorten. Der Preis ist es auch, warum ich ihn nicht wieder Kaufen würde und nicht die Qualität, denn ist herorragend. Nun muss jeder für sich entscheiden, ob er ihn mal ausprobiert... Guten Appetit
