The pure size of the servings needed is absurd, the serving cup itself is too large so that pouring it in the large bottles often results in it all over the floor. You would need a very big bottle with a very wide opening in order to correctly prepare this, otherwise you are met with many lumps in the drink that dont go down easy. The flavour isn't terrible but what you'd expect from a mass gainer. Please adjust the scoop to allow easier preparation.

Not buying this again. Received torn package. Now there is no replace or refund option. Very poor service. Dont fall for it. Get something better.
