it’s just a piece of rubber, heated it up and it didn’t mold once

I had purchased this item because I needed a new mouth guard for training. When I went to boil the mouth guard it stuck to the pot that I had used and deformed the mouth guard.

Fits greats and feels good in my mouth. But it is a bit thin feeling. I feel I have to bite down harder than the other mouth gaurds I have.
