I have apnea and this little nasal clip works better than I expected. It’s comfortable to wear, stays in place, and actually helps open up airflow—especially noticeable at night. I was pleasantly surprised by how much easier breathing felt without any bulky or irritating parts. It’s simple, lightweight, and easy to clean, making it a great option if you’re looking for something non-invasive to help with snoring or nasal congestion. Definitely worth trying if you want better airflow without hassle.

These are absolute garbage. I used a thermometer to test the water and made sure it was LESS hot than recommended and IMMEDIATELY upon putting the clip in the water it shrunk up and contorted. It was never even usable. These are trash don’t waste your money.

I've tried a few products, including the cone-shaped inserts and, of course, various nasal strips. This product works better for me than anything else I've used. My family noticed the absence of snoring, and I consistently woke more rested and without a sore throat. The only downside with these is that, on occasion, I will pull them out in my sleep or, more often, shortly before waking fully. How do I know that? Again, no sore throat AND better rest, meaning I'm sleeping most of the night with it in place. I do wish they made them available in a bright yellow color, so it would be easier to find when I do that. Otherwise, terrific and helpful. Takes a little getting accustomed to the feel, but that's true of anything. Give it a try. I'm reordering when I'm done with this review.

My husband says I snore quite often too, sorry hun. Add to that a history of sinus infections, tonsillitis and hay fever (I spent my whole childhood mouth breathing and taking every pill, inhaler and spray possible) and I am a good candidate for an innovative product that is drug free and works to help you breathe through your nose. Mouth tape made me feel like I was being suffocated alive and the strips hurt to peel off. I tried these from an ad thinking what did I have to lose, they were affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to try them and immediately feel a difference the first night sleeping. I had a minor fit issue and wrote to the customer service for help. Within 36 hours the co-founder Chris had written me an actual email with good advice and a solution. I was beyond impressed by this - how often do you get that in today's world? You really get the feeling that this is a small business with a quality product trying to improve people's lives. My airflow clip is comfortable, virtually undetectable in my nose when I sleep, and I've been waking up more refreshed. Only caveat if you are a restless sleeper is to possibly add a dab of permanent pen to the outside part of the clip, occasionally it will fall out and that will make it easier to detect under your pillow. I hear a colored version may be in the works. Bottom line, I got some for my other family members too and am happy to hear they are seeing results too. Thanks!

I ordered the trial pack to see if it would help with snoring. I tried the medium first, because it felt the most comfortable, but I work up with it on the floor next to the bed. I tried the large after that, which stayed in, but took some adjusting to make it comfortable. Even after adjusting it to fit better, it did NOTHING at all to stop snoring. I use a smartwatch that detects snoring, and I had about the same amount of snoring with this as without it. While this product didn't work for me at all, I appreciate their honoring their refund policy.

It does not help alleviate my snoring or any other sleep problems. It’s a waste of money.

I deal with allergies and swollen nasal passages that make nasal breathing difficult at night. This has caused me to be a life-long mouth breather when sleeping and also contributed to sleep apnea. The first night I tried these my sleep quality was radically improved. I literally woke up at about 2:30am, thinking it was time to get up, because I felt as well rested as I usually do after a full night’s sleep. Then I saw what time it was. I proceeded to sleep the rest of the night and woke up in the morning feeling better and more well rested than any time in recent memory. I was stunned. As of this writing, I have been using this for more than a week. My sleep continues to be deeper and more rejuvenating, and I can sleep with my mouth closed. The one thing I figured out on about day 4 was that I had to use a little Vaseline in my nostrils to prevent soreness where the clip touches. Otherwise, I am genuinely feeling far better each day, less moody, more energized, clearer minded … this is game changing for me. My wife says she can tell I’m sleeping more deeply, too.
