Value for money
Quality of the balloons is so good.... And I received exactly as per the sizes mentioned... Maybe there will be variation in count but the quality is its best....

Doesn’t match the picture, yet still good.
The balloons are good in general, but it is not what is shown in the picture. I was looking for opaque brown and gold balloons, but these were quite transparent (the light brown balloons looked pinkish, and the gold balloons looked yellow). Nonetheless, it was fine, so it served its purpose, but it wasn't what I was looking for - hence the 3 star rating
