First off must admit it's our first coffee bean to cup machine, that said we've had fun with it making different coffees. The quick coffee menu guide is very helpful and easy to use, we have set up one recipe of our own which wasn't too difficult to do, but often we just alter the quantities in the app menu if we want something that is not exactly on the coffee menu. Overall we're impressed and like the ability to to vary the coffee drinks as the day goes on

Easy in use, easy cleaning. Tasty coffee. Solid build but not premium materials. Overall good quality and coffee maker.

I just love this machine so much... Is amazing the money you save by doing your own cappuccino at home with fresh milk... In less than 6 months you have paid for this machine by saving money in COSTA, CAFÉ

Unfortunately arrived not working out of the box, would not detect water system, possibly issue with the water pump, melitta helpline useless that's why one 1 star

I would love to give a review but the item was faulty. Never got to use it.

The machine makes great coffee. It also costs more than 10 times my previous manual espresso machine that is still going strong after 10 years. Is it worth the money? Absolutely not. The main reasons I wanted a new machine were to make cappuccino and to reduce the time and messing about cleaning after every use. The milk froth is pretty good but not comparable to doing it properly with a wand. It is a single function that fulfils the role of both steamed and frothed milk so what you get is a bit of a cross between the two. One major point I am unhappy about is that it seems to use 3x as much coffee as I did before. This will be primarily because I find I need to use a double shot to get a good taste. I set the strength towards the higher end and notice the pucks are much larger than I was used to. So that's more coffee and two lots of it every time. I only drink one cup per day but I'm going through bags of coffee beans in less than a week. The 'smart' function sounded like a good idea. In reality using the mobile app is actually the only way of getting the drink I want - a double-shot cappuccino. It is a bit much to call it 'smart' to be honest. The app is a terrible experience. Most importantly, it isn't really smart as most people would understand it: you can only use the app over bluetooth; it can't integrate with eg. Alexa or any other smart home systems. There is some customisation you can do via the machine's panel and some that you can do in the app - but they are completely separate and don't have any relation to each other at all. So you cannot set the machine's one-touch buttons to produce the drinks you configure in the app. This means the buttons/functions on the actual machine are basically useless to me. It is very annoying to have to open the app every time I want a drink - especially as it will just randomly lose connnection and require messing about with resetting the bluetooth etc for about 10 minutes when you just want a coffee and need to get to work. The app itself has many poor design decisions as well as stupid, unnecessary limitations: The sliders are very fiddly to use and often change when you take your finger off the screen so it takes several attempts to set the value you want. There is a bug where some of the sliders are disabled at first so you have to save the wrong values and then edit them again to get what you want. In one part of the app your changes are never saved so you can't actually customise any of the built-in recipes. The 'Name' field of a freestyle recipe is limited to 9 characters - how ridiculous is this, it can't even fit the word "Cappuccino"! I use the two bean hoppers for regular and decaf beans - that was the reason I wanted this feature. However, you can't just set it to decaf and then produce one of your recipes - it will override the setting. You have to create an entirely separate set of recipes for decaf. But you can't call them "Decaf something" because the Name field is limited to 9 characters! You can only save 1 recipe as favourite on the front screen so for others you have to click deep into the frustrating menus. Why can't you have as many as you want? The app is nonfunctional unless it is actually connected to the machine, you can't customise or even view recipes without the connection even though such actions don't require any communication with the machine. It also pops up error messages into your status bar after you've switched the machine off. Other general niggles with the machine: I don't know why but the internal part of the tray fills up with manky water really quickly, it asks you to empty it literally every 2 drinks. You have to be really careful when removing it and emptying so you don't spill it all over. It has a power-saving mode, you can change the timer but if you forget to do the milk cleaning routine right away it will shut down automatically after the set time. You don't want to let the milk go funny in the tube but if you switch the machine back on then it will do two more rinses as well (power on, power off) and then the water tank will be empty so you have to fill that up again. There could be a simple way to inhibit the rinse but there isn't. Finally on to the customer service - I emailed to ask about only a couple of initial questions. It took them 2 weeks to reply, when they did it was obvious they hadn't even read my email because they just attached a standard troubleshooting document completely unrelated to my question. It took them 2 more weeks for a further reply to actually address my query - essentially their answer was a flat 'no'. Not even politely 'sorry no, but we will take your feedback on board'. This gives the impression they don't care about their customers, not what you expect from a premium brand. I dread actually relying on their support if there is a fault with this expensive luxury product.

Macchina fantastica!! Può fare qualsiasi cosa e una delle poche (se non l’unica) a permettere 2 miscele di chicchi (nel mio caso ho messo normale e deca). Con l’app ci si può sbizzarrire....e soprattutto il caffè è buono!!! Unica pecca il gran consumo d’acqua (e relativo svuotamento cassetto) per i continui lavaggi...che peró sono automatici...gran comidità!! Elogio speciale ad Amazon...doveva essere un’usato come nuovo, in realtà era nuova!! Con tutte le pellicole di protezione ancora attaccate...forse il pacco era ammaccato...ma a metá prezzo ci sta eccome!!😜

Máquina super automática recomendable 100%. App en Inglés pero muy intuitiva Puedes configurar tu bebida favorita en cada botón, me explico: El botón de cafe puedes configurarlo como: espresso, espresso doble, ristreto, ristreto doble El botón de café largo como: café cortado, café cortado doble, americano, americano extrashot y solo largo El botón de capuchino como: capuchino, expresó macchiato , café latte, cafe au lait y flat white El botón de latte macchiato como: latte macchiato normal, extrashot y triple shot. Y cada configuración también permite ajustar cantidades de leche , café, espuma, temperatura e intensidad del café. Permite dos granos de café diferentes, pero cuidado, cuando cambias de un grano al otro tienes una pequeña cantidad de granos de café que quedan depositados durante el intercambio de la palanca selectora! Máquina muy fácil de limpiar. Molinillo bastante silencioso si lo comparas con el resto de cafeteras. Prepara el café muy muy bueno!! Muy buenos acabados!!! Si la leche está fría no la calienta mucho, sale templada(para mi no es inconveniente) Tengo una cafetera super automática Siemens eq 500 en el trabajo y la melitta t smart le da 1000 vueltas.

Cette machine à café broyeur à grain est excellente en tout point ! 😍 Elle possède 2 bacs à grains séparés qui permettent d'alterner entre un café fort et plus doux ou par exemple avec du décaféiné. Il est possible également de mettre du café moulu ! (Ce qui est très rare pour ce type de machine) Le réservoir d'eau fait environ 1.7 litres. Le design est super beau ! 😎 Elle est livrée avec une cartouche filtrante pour l'eau et une cuillère pour doser le café moulu. Tout est bien expliqué sur la notice et une application smartphone est disponible pour se connecter en Bluetooth et paramétrer tout type de boisson à sa convenance (température d'extraction, dosage de café, hauteur de la mousse de lait ...) ✔ Les cafés sont excellents ! Et la mousse de lait pour les cappuccinos est juste parfaite 👌 (Un réservoir de lait est fourni avec et il se branche facilement aux buses de la machine, après quoi il est possible de le débrancher pour le mettre au frigo) L'entretien est très facile et la machine vous indique sur l'écran ce qu'il faut faire à chaque fois. Un nettoyage assez complet est nécessaire après chaque boisson lactée. En bref, je suis + que satisfait de cette machine et je la recommande sans hésiter pour tout amateurs de café et de boissons lactées ! 😉

Super machine avec un choix incroyable de boissons. Les deux tiroirs à grain sont pratique pour passer d’un type de café à l’autre (par exemple deca et non deca). Machine très silencieuse
