Backstory: I inherited a German Shepherd for several weeks. This dog needed to play. I bought an 8.5” tennis ball and it was popped within 2 min. I then purchased the hard plastic jolly something-or-other ball and it chewed up the dog’s nose terribly. I also learned it could wear down her teeth. I thought I could keep the nose damage from occurring if I had dog play with a soft muzzle that allows panting and drinking. Nose was still damaged. I tried high density foam but it didn’t come big enough for her to see it as a herding ball. Next step was to buy a big beach ball and have her play with muzzle on. Worked for nose and biting at ball but nails popped it in minutes. Last attempt was this 18” ball. It’s rubbery and made for kids to roll on. I was worried about nails being too sharp for it but it is perfect!!!!! More than $100 later and I have the perfect playtime buddy for Zelda. She LOVES it. As you can see from video, she is rough with it and (so far) as long as she wears her play muzzle it leaves no mark on her nose, it’s tougher than her very long nails and I can kick at it while she plays without being knocked down from careening heavy ball. $12.99 and a $19.99 muzzle!! I’ll update with how long it takes her to pop it but I anticipate many hours of play in the meantime. Gotta go….. she’s begging for her muzzle which means she wants her new ball again. Update: Although ball loses some air during doggy play time, it is still going strong over a week later and I just put a little air in it prior to each playtime.

I bought this ball for my 6 yr. old granddaughter and it has brought so much joy to her outside fun it's incredible! It's super bouncy and resilient against surfaces. The size is perfect for us to toss around and grab onto, specifically little ones. She enjoys kicking it as well as bouncing or catching it. Highly recommend. Stays filled for a long time as well.

Great large ball. Perfect for kids but I bought for my very large dog to play with and she popped it. Not the balls fault.

Popped in less than an hour of normal playtime with kids aged 5-8. Do not recommend. Just go buy a ballon as it will likely last longer.
