Works very well, almost too well. Sometimes I have to take one every other day and not every day. Not the best taste but tolerable.

This product works, mostly after the first dose. Sometimes there's some cramping, but it may be not be the fault of the product, rather just our body's way of letting us know we were bottled up. I would buy it again.

Way too harsh on the body

I tried many but zandu nityam is very effective even at half tablet level. Better take half tablet around 5 pm and observe the excellent results.. Even seniors can use daily without any problem but finding suitable dose. Avoid excess dose.
