I live in a modest apartment with my bedroom and my living room on one side and the kitchen, the bathroom and another room on the other side. I have air conditioners in my bedroom and living room so I bought this unit to put in the hallway to push the cold air into the kitchen and other rooms. You would think I had another air conditioner in here! It works like a champ! It's quiet. It has six speeds, several settings, it oscillates and it's a smart unit so I can control it with my Alexa but it also has a remote control and a panel on the unit itself. It was reasonably priced. I could not be happier! If you're considering a purchase for yourself or someone else, don't hesitate. Highly recommended.

Honestly I was quite surprised at how cooling this fan is! I have a pretty small room and it heats up quite badly throughout the summer (especially with my pc on) but this makes the heat more bearable. I recommend getting the wifi version since it comes with nice functionalities on your phone. I like setting it to turn off on specific times when I’m asleep since it gets colder at night, and being able to control the functions without needing the remote. Setting it up was super easy, and it’s pretty light. I got the white version and it’s pretty sleek and clean looking! Cord length isn’t too short but not long either. As for the sound, it’s not loud from levels 1-3 but could get quite loud at higher levels but nothing too jarring imo. I leave it on throughout the night and I never had problems with the sound at low levels.

Assembling this device is a breeze, and it seamlessly syncs to WiFi and is compatible with Alexa. It operates effortlessly, oscillates effectively, and delivers quiet performance.

It is also the perfect height for my living room. I use it on oscillate, and it covers the whole room nicely. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a smart fan.

I've been in the market for a new fan lately and recently decided on the Dreo Smart Tower Fan w/WIFI Voice Control. With this current season of extremely hot weather, I was looking for something to circulate the air. As a choice I prefer fans over AC's. They are cheaper, more cost-effective, more energy efficient and portable and tend to move air which is not as cold or dry as that of air conditioners. With these constraints in mind, I began looking for an oscillating fan and the one that attracted my attention was the Dreo Tower Fan. At this point in my life I've been trying to find ways to integrate Alexa type products and the Dreo Tower Fan fits well within the system I currently use. I can use simple commands like "Alexa turn on the fan" or "Alexa turn up the fan" and it responds immediately. This leaves me quite content and a bit cooler. It operates well with no difficulties.

Great product — well-made, easy to use, and performs exactly as expected. The quality feels solid, the design is clean, and it works reliably every time. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and something I’d recommend to others.

Purchased in April 2023, and let me tell you, this fan was a game-changer for me and my husband during the summer. Living in the South means our 'warm months' last longer than most, so this fan got quite the workout. The Good: Oscillation feature? Chef’s kiss! Both my husband and I could enjoy the breeze, and we never had to argue about fan positioning! (A win for marital harmony!) Levels 1 and 2 are whisper-quiet, which is perfect for being able to focus and get work done. Above that, it’s less “quiet whisper” and more “efficient wind tunnel,” but hey, it does move a lot of air. Alexa, meet my fan! Setting it up with Alexa was so simple that I felt like a tech genius. The Dreo App also worked seamlessly, so we could control the fan without getting up from our desks. Laziness achieved. Telling Alexa "Turn of Fan" also achieves the same result once you set up that routine. The Not-So-Good: Fast forward to August 2024, and it suddenly sounded like a jet engine revving up in my office. The oscillation? Yeah, that decided to retire early. It was like the fan was trying to tell us, 'I've had enough.' Turns out, the plastic piece for the oscillation feature gets a little tired. The fan still works, but you can kiss that side-to-side action goodbye. The Great (No, Seriously!): But here’s where Dreo wins the gold medal. When I registered the fan after purchasing, it extended my warranty until 2028! No need to buy that extra Amazon warranty, folks, just head to Dreo’s website. When the fan started acting up, I found my warranty confirmation and contacted their customer service. Tina (aka my fan hero) responded quickly. After a couple of emails, they shipped me a brand new fan—no questions asked, and I didn’t even have to send the broken one back! Bonus: Tina confirmed that the replacement fan carries the same warranty as the original one. So even if this fan decides to take an early retirement, I’ll still be covered until 2028. Bottom Line: Despite the hiccup with the oscillation feature, I’d still recommend this fan because Dreo stands behind their product. It’s reliable (until it isn’t), but when it isn’t, they make it right without any extra costs to you. And you’ll probably get a whole new fan before you need to start looking for another one.

Awesome product. I don't use the app but I love the remote. I just feel the app is kind of pointless if you're in the room all the time with it. The remote is just quicker to get to and press the button. The fan is powerful and not so noisy. Sure there is some noise but its not like those loud obnoxious box fans. Great fan with a great price. I want to get two of them to have one blowing on the left side of me and one on the right side of me. For night sleep its great. You can set it to turn off after a while that way when it gets cold in the middle of night it will power down and wake you up with chills. I also wish that it can be raised and lowered. If it had a built in option to be raised say about a foot higher than it would be awesome!
