Wonderful product with no side effects. My husband has Celiac and his iron levels were so low his heartbeat started getting irregular. After taking the supplement for just one week, his heart rate returned to normal and his energy level increase greatly. This is a great product and Bronson is the BEST brand for all our supplements.

It worked! Ferritin went from 19 ng/mL to 66 ng/mL over 2-3 months of taking two capsules (50 mg elemental iron) with 300 mg vitamin C every other day. Some GI upset in beginning but totally fine afterwards. I might even say it worked a bit too well, because my serum iron slightly exceeded the healthy range afterwards. Make sure to get your blood checked after some time!
