Item was returned, however they are saying the item was not returned and charging me for the product. Be weary of return scams from this seller! Gaps from Velcro of material, cushion not soft, and wheels that will damage your wood floors. No star rating if I could.

Rarely take time to write reviews but I had to this time. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to see all the pieces with no fabric on LOL.. put it together in 20 mins, easy to put together and once fabric on.., it is as pictured! Tips: once fabric on .. keeping streching it so it will end nicely evenly ON. Yes it is white!

The chairs themselves are surprisingly nice and easy to assemble. I removed a star only because one of mine arrived stained in several places but Amazon immediately handled the situation
