Love this knife!
So far I have bought three. Absolutely love this knife. Beautifully balanced in the hand and suitable for any job, large or small. I'm in the catering profession and this knife suits all my needs. Highly recommended.

Quality Knife
Having looked at other 7" Santoku Style knifes in a well known high street store and being disappointed with their quality, i decided to risk ordering this knife online - without the advantage of actually handling it first.I'm glad i bought it. The blade is good quality and the finish to the the handle is far better than its high street rival, despite being around £20 cheaper to purchase. It's nice to use for chopping and slicing. I would recommend a wooden type chopping board, rather than plastic, to preserve the sharpness of the blade.I wouldn't swap it.If my girlfriend tries to use it though - i WILL swap her!

Good value
This was a present, it is a very attractive knife and is excellent value for money with a laminated steel construction.

Good quality. Holds edge well
Santoku knife for dicing and chopping. I have a set of Tsuki knives. They hold their edge well and a few swipes on a good steel each use and they maintain a razor sharp edge.As a chef, I use all day long and these are comfortable in the hand with a good weight. Many of my colleagues have bought same as they like these after using mine.I use them at home too ad they are better than the home knives on the market. They are not top of the range, but I don't find the leading brand comfortable to hold. At the end of the day, it is personal preference.
