Works very well and is great value for the money, lots of features and very fast. Best feature ei like so far is that the wireless obd module snaps to the back of the scanner with a magnet for easy storage!

Great product, very easy to use with fluid software. There was no lagging or issues everything transitioned and worked perfectly. Reading and testing vehicles of any variety. This is a very useful tool to change parameters of the vehicle, like tire pressure monitoring, and things of that nature. Able to check and erase any type of diagnostic trouble code as well as test things like fuel system issues. I found it perfect for my jeep as it also helps straighten the steering wheel when we make changes in our suspension. It came with a variety of adapters for just about any type of vehicle and application You would need as well as a very nice case to carry everything. The huge display monitor is easy to see and very easy to use. The touchscreen works flawlessly. This would be a great tool for a shop, or even a home mechanic like myself that works on a variety of vehicles. This will be very useful very often, and will pretty much pay for itself not having to inquire mechanic charges, which are now reaching $150 an hour. Connectivity to the Wi-Fi was very easy, once I did that I went through and updated everything which took a couple of hours which is no different than when you get a new cell phone or something of that nature that has not been connected but once that was done, the updates are minimal and quick thereafter. This product will work on diesels and gasoline vehicles, which is very useful for the home mechanic or a shop since most of us own a diesel truck, as well as a car or other regular vehicles. We tested this out on an 09 Silverado diesel, a 2011 Ford diesel, as well as an 09 Mitsubishi Galant, and even a jeep wrangler all of which gave us great information and erased any old lingering trouble codes. Great price on this product with most of the high-end competitors coming in at twice the price or more it gives great value on a comparative product. You also have the ability to hook up different accessories to this available at additional purchase like an endoscope for checking inside of the motor or anywhere you might need that. Very great and useful tool. With Bidirectional functionality, you do not need to tear things apart they can be tested electronically like opening and closing of the sunroof and things of that nature. Very impressed with this and look forward to keeping things in running order very easily now.

The Kingbolen K8 is quite the find! This scan tool runs right with the best brands for a fraction of the cost. As a High Level Master Diagnostic Technician I have spent the last 3 days really putting this device to the test. I am very impressed with the simplicity of the operating system. I have hooked up to multiple model vehicles from Japanese to European, to American all with no issues. I was able to program an Ultra Sonic Sonar clearance sensor today on a late model Hybrid Toyota Avalon with no issues. This task usually from past experience could only be done with a manufacturer specific scan tool. I was quite impressed the K8 could do this. I also was able to connect this week to an early model Mercedes CLK convertible and active test and view all the limit switches for a convertible top concern. K8 worked like a charm. This unit for the money is lights out a go to unit for anyone on a DYI level or on a Professional level like myself. Key Fob programming on multiple models was also a success for me as well as some TPMS system diagnostics and programming. The Battery life is awesome lasting all day after a charge overnight. I love the Bluetooth Dongle and have had no issues whatsoever with loss of connection. Pretty Awesome Scan Tool! I’m hoping to maybe purchase the ocilloscope to connect. This scan tool has done everything I have needed it to from being able to graph and monitor pids to any reset on a vehicle. This scan tool has been able to connect to every vehicle I have tried without issue. One of the biggest things for me was the life time updates. Would recommend this tool for anyone needing to diagnose and repair vehicles.
