It’s made me consider how my actions can directly affect how I feel about the world, and how other people perceive me. If you do one thing today, buy this book, you wont regret it.

This book was fascinating and made a lot of sense. I have a young daughter and am keen to give her the absolute best start in life so i am implementing as many principles as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone raising children or people that have an interest in optimising their own health and beauty-would highly recommend!
