It was ok until now….
It was working fine until last Sunday. It seems to be clogged or something and won't let water come out of this part. Can this item can be purchased separately?

Unreliable product
We are going on five months since we got this filter. I have concerns. The water doesn’t seem to taste any better and the filter timer on the top has not moved at all. I was expecting an improved taste in water and with the timer not working it all points to an unreliable product
