Purchased because of updoming hip replacement surgery so I expect to use this only a short time. It was very easy to assemble, directions were very clear. I like the width making it very sturdy. Brakes easy to use and easy to lock. It does collapse but is a bit heavy to lift. I think I saw the weight at 25 lbs. It has a nice 'saddlebag" and overall good looks. I would highly recommend.

Solid construction & easy to assemble. No tools required. Very stable & versatile. The only downside are nuts which stick out around the back wheels.

I really don't like this walker, it's difficult to maneuver, it doesn't turn or roll easily. It's awkward to hold onto because the handles are so big and thick and uncomfortable. The handles are made of a hard plastic that hurts my hands to lean on. My old walker had soft grip handles there were really comfortable to hold on to and so easy to grip they weren't huge. I am a man but I have average sized hands and this grips are for a person with extra large hands which is funny because the walker is made for a very short person. I'm 6 feet tall and at it's highest setting I'm hunched half way over and I can't make it any taller. It does have three settings which go from short to child height. If you're between 4 feet and 5 feet tall this would be a good height for you but you better have big hands to hold onto the extra large grips. The design of this thing does not make any sense. Which brings me to the brakes. The brakes are twisted out an angle which makes them really difficult to use, if they were right below the grips they would be easily accessible but no, you have to twist your hands out and stretch your fingers a longer distance because of the angle and you have to grip them really hard to get them to work. Holy Cow when I tried to lock the break on I thought I was going to break my hand I had to push down and to the side so hard. I can't understand why they twisted the breaks out at such an odd angle and made them so difficult to push. What I hate the most is the seat. My old walker also had a seat that was flat and it was a great surface to use for transporting things like my dinner plate and mail and packages, drinks pretty much whatever would fit on the flat surface. This seat has a molded surface so it's not flat. I'm not sure why it's molded or what the mold is supposed to fit because it sure isn't my butt or anyone's butt. Maybe if it were turned the other direction it would fit the butt better but the way it is does not work for anything. It's also really hard and stiff it is not the least bit cushioned. Maybe if you used a big pliers on it you could dent it down but for comfort, it might as well be metal. I can't carry anything on it because it's hard and slick and everything slides off of it. Like my grandma used to say the handy dandy carrying bag is good for 2 things, 1 of them is nothing and the other one I can't say on here. It swings wildly whenever the walker moves. it doesn't feel secure but it hasn't fallen off either. It's also so low down to the ground it's nearly impossible to access from behind the walker. It's very cheap and flimsy. The zipper opens super easily something you don't want if you're trying to secure something inside the bag. I am shocked they couldn't design a better support system for this bag that brings up within reach and keeps it in place. With the back brace in place it's nearly impossible to stand behind the walker reach over that gigantic back brace with the huge logo emblazoned on it and reach the bag. If the company wants to pay me to advertise their product with logo placement then they should either sell the product at a lower price or pay me an advertisement fee because their logo is ugly and brings unwarranted attention. This thing was easy to put together for the most part except for the handles where I had to slide a screw threw 2 blind holes and screw it in. Who the heck designed that part? This whole thing is a design nightmare it's like 50 people had their hand in designing each part but none of them knew what it was supposed to look like once it was all connected. It was a nightmare to unpack. There was so much thick bubble wrap sealed around every part it took me longer to unpack the pieces than it did to put them together. Good Grief the box was so difficult to open I almost cried because it was so frustrating. This thing has HUGE wheels really HUGE and they're kind of sticky, they really grip the vinyl floor and are even worse on carpeting. It's almost like trying to push the walker through sand and the wheels don't turn easily. I have to manhandle it to get it to turn. What's up with that? I'm disabled that's why I need a walker it should be easy to push and turn. I shouldn't have to fight with it constantly to get it to move. I pretty much hate this thing. Like I serious HATE this thing it's horrible. I would not suggest anything from this company because I suspect everything is built the same. It feels like I was taken advantage of I paid this huge amount of money for a product I expected to work and it doesn't and here I am on disability struggling to get along and lost all this money on an item that doesn't work properly. Send it back? Good Grief I could never take it apart and put it back in that horrible box and ship it back so I'm stuck with it. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping do not buy anything from VOCIC.

I put it together in about half an hour and it took a couple days for me to realize the handles were on backward, so there's that. FYI: it works fine with the handles backward, sitting just isn't as comfortable, and it's easy to take the handles off and install them correctly. It rolls smoothly and quietly, my husband liked it, and the hospice nurse called it the Cadillac of walkers. It provided unexpected entertainment as the cats would walk underneath, catching the bag with their tails, so it rolled wherever they took it. It's also good for giving rides to cats who like that sort of thing.

Bought this for my mother, she had back surgery and needs assistance walking for balance and this is perfection!! She is 4ft7 in tall and about 78lbs and the height adjustment worked great!! My husband took it across the grass and down the hill to test the durability and brakes before he would let my mother start using it and it passed every test!!! Very durable and perfect size. Very stable and glides across even the grass!! We added a cup holder for her coffee and the bag under the seat holds her purse and any shopping bags she has...
